Stormy Daniels' lawyer files motion to depose Trump, lawyer Michael Cohen

And normally I'd agree that your argument holds water. No longer. The contract represents trump and only trump can enforce it. Remove trump from the equation and the contract...poof...no longer exists. Free 130k for Daniels. My interpretation of the significance of the interview comes from two lawyers who provided unambiguous conclusions of the interview.

I'm unable to counter unnamed lawyers, so we'll just leave it at that.

Did you do it in exchange for something? That makes a difference.

Everybody who works does something they rather not in exchange for money.

So we're all whores, at the end of the day.

And lets not forget who was paying her the money.

What does that make THEM?

If he had said, "Yup, I slept with her, what of it?" that would have been what we'd have expected and moved on. Instead, he's denied it in the most hilariously idiotic ways imaginable at every step of the way, it's been shown he paid Daniels to not talk about it, it's been revealed that the payment would be an illegal campaign violation, Cohen lied multiple times about the nature of the contract, he threatened to sue her for $20 million if she broke the contract, Cohen's spokesperson just said Trump wasn't aware of the contract which now means it's null and avoid, AND there's now the question that Cohen hired somebody to make violent threats to Daniels if she talked about the affair.

Trust me, there is hell of a lot more to be entertained by here than the sex.

I bet you were obsessed with Bubba's sex life.

She accepted money to be quiet and she hasn't. I'm unaware of any requirement that the non-disclosure has to be between Trump and Daniels.

If I pay you $130,000 to not say things about an encounter you had with Gisele Bundchen, then you cash the check, and then you say bad things about Gisele Bundchen, then maybe Gisele doesn't have a tort claim against you for violating the agreement, but I would.

For strictly research and legal purposes, let me ponder your hypothesis about Gisele for awhile...

My bad, I thought I had linked to their arguments. One is Renato Mariotti, a formal Federal prosecutor, the other is an attorney named Susan Simpson. A detailed breakdown of the significance of the interview with Schwartz (Cohen's lawyer) can be read in the second link.

By all means, feel free to support that with a source.

Are you saying your only obsessed with Trumps sex life and you were not with Bubba's, I mean Bubba was ****ing everything in town right in front of Hillary.

I will refer you back to my earlier post, since you seem to insist on assuming that this anything to do with the sex:
