It wouldn't surprise me in the least if Moscow was arming the Taliban. Anywhere in the world that Putin can stick a shiv into America's back he will.

Moscow is probably also arming the AfPak heroin warlords/convoys.

So it is OK when we arm Nuts but not other countries. You don't think our CIA is creating chaos all over the world. Just because they are hiring people to do their dirty work doesn't make it OK. What about torture? What about Guantanamo prison built outside the US so we don't have to follow the rules. If you think it is only in the past you are clearly naïve and clueless.
