PAW PAW, Mich. (WNDU) Paw Paw Public Schools canceled classes Monday due to a threat, and police say several weapons were found at a teen suspect's home.

School cancelled across Paw Paw after threat; student arrested

Seems the teens family turned him in; good job.

According to law enforcement, the planned attack was going to happen Monday.
 
Glad they nailed this down before anything could happen.

And yet their actions prevented what could have been a tragedy.

Not knowing the family or the teen, its simple speculation to comment on the family dynamics.
