You best take apdst words as true the Russian propaganda campaign started in 2014 on Obama's watch
& Obama was stunned in the spotlight. It all began when Obama's Asst. Sec of State for Europe was given
during a few years 5 billion tasked with the destabilization of Ukraine.
The self-annointed "Queen of Ukraine' Victoria Nuland was shouting at the top of her voice for a year that
Putin is a tyrant and that he is raping the Ukraine. She & Ukie nationalists 'the right sector' & 'swoboda' parties
were the primemovers of the overthrow of the duly elected President producing the 'Kiev Maidan' & then the troubles began.
Nuland, thought it would be an easy victory saw her plans go awry when the people of Crimea chose to leave Ukraine
and join Russia and the Southeastern Ukrainians chose to fight rather than accept her puppet government. All the
resources of Ukraine and the ownership of the pipelines were almost within her grasp. But once more the US
underestimated the people of Southeastern Ukraine. She still hasn't recovered after Putin slapped her on the
face with Crimea changing hands quicker that one can say peninsula. If her tongue were any more forked it could
be laid on the table next to a knife and spoon.'
In the east with their president removed by the coup - replaced with an interim president
who tried to ban their language and appointed billionaire governors of the eastern regions without elections -
and then burned the people in Odessa who protested alive.
East Ukraine, at this point, got it's taste of the new "Ukrainian democracy and freedom" and found they did not care for it.
When it was clear that the Russians were about to go into Crimea, the Obama administration issued a host of
largely empty threats, warning that there would be “costs for any military intervention in Ukraine” and that
there was a “huge price to pay” if Russia pushed into Crimea.
These kinds of unenforceable threats only serve to undermine U.S. credibility abroad. And like a red flag
to a bull, these comments goaded Putin on; there was no credible “or else” from Obama that could come
close to matching Putin’s resolve.
An all the indignities you cry about started in 2014 after Putin sized up Obama. Hopefully Trump can minimize the
damage done by Obama & his acting Sec of State in Europe V. Nuland. The funny part is if Trump did not win
Nuland would still have her European position, Yikes!
