Clinton's accusers are credible. If the MSM had a Trump accuser just as credible(claiming Trump raped them) they would be on the story 24/7 and the Democrats would have her FRONT AND CENTER. we both know it, and if you don't know it you are lying(to me or to yourself, take your pick). Even Nancy Pelosi said this story is a waste of time. what does that tell you?

I don't give a **** that Trump is a womanizer. I am just amazed at the hypocrisy of evangelicals coming out and supporting a man like Trump. He got a bigger percentage of the evangelical vote than even Reagan and W did. As I wrote earlier in the thread, I just hope Stormy Daniels releases pics of her urinating on a naked Trump just so the evangelicals can claim it was some kind of a ****ing baptism.

It doesn't seem anyone is at all surprised by Trump's lack of character. He has been fairly open about the fact that he's cheated on all his wives and will **** anything that will stand still long enough. There is no argument there. Even his evangelical base is perfectly fine with it. They don't care.

The issue then isn't about morals. It is about federal election laws. There is certainly smoke there, but fire(s)? It looks fairly certain the issues will be determined by the courts.

Now another woman has stepped up with similar claims of a hush agreement in 2016.

Where people developed the legal legerdemain attributing a non-disclosure agreement about a sexual relationship in 2006 equates to campaign finance illegality is a major stretch for me.

I mean a REAL stretch to allege this was EITHER campaign money used to pay her, OR private money (Trump's or Cohen's) which was used for campaign purposes via this agreement.

So one lady blackmails the Candidate, and yet she becomes the hero of the hour for reneging and seeking MORE paydays thanks to people's desires to spread as much mud from whatever source they can.

The whole process, this and all the other TDS mania activities in response to sore losers wanting to upset the apple cart because they refuse to believe they lost fair and square...troubles me no end.

$130,000 they say...Cohen says it he was his....Hardly believable...People just want to know the truth...Besides trump and his goons had no problem colluding with Russians, lying and slandering etc...I guess this payback is part of the times we live in....Much to your chagrin...It appears
 
People just don't remember all the drama Obama had. I listened to RW radio on the run up and into the second term of Obama and for weeks I heard about terrorist fist bumps and dijon mustard. Then he really got crazy with tan suits and mom pants. Then I think he was on a girls bike or something. Good times man, THAT GUY was embarrassing. Glad we got a class act running **** now.

It isn't a big deal. It wasn't for another president before and during his tenure; why is this any different?
I do feel sorry for Melania just as I felt sorry for Hillary. It's humiliating no matter the circumstances of how the marriages took place or why. Just because Melania married into major $$ and certainly knew of his past with the likes of Marla doesn't mean that she deserves to see her marriage vows not only broken but those broken vows displayed for the whole world to see. It was the same for Hillary; she knew how Bill strayed; she chose to remain with him and continued to stay even after the Lewinsky affair.

If we are to label Melania as not deserving of any sympathy then why in the world are we supposed to support women who fell for whatever line they MIGHT have been fed to further their own ambitions? Same boat, different crew.

We have enough to contend with-issues that matter to all of us in one way or another. To put this newest "scandal" at the top of all the administration has to deal with is just pure nonsense. What are we to expect to happen? It doesn't matter if you like Pres. Trump or not; these issues are stretched so out of proportion and they are nothing more than fodder for those who think that sexual relations are what will bring the downfall of our country and, dare I say, are still stuck in juvenile perceptions of sex.

Stick to what matters. If it was no big deal for one POTUS, it shouldn't be for this one either.

Unless one would like to argue that it all depends upon what the meaning of any words associated with this "is".

Ah, the He/she did it first defense. My brothers and I tried that defense a few times growing up. LOL, they didn't cotton to that crap. Not once, not ever. Later we grew into adults who knew better than to even think the He/she did it first defense would work in the real world of adults.

Hell, I could be wrong. It might work somewhere in the real world. Maybe where you live it's a standard and acceptable defense and justification for irresponsible behavior. I've never been anywhere where even children can get away it. It doesn't work in any state or country I've lived in or visited. It damn sure doesn't work in the business world or in the American judicial system.

Yes I seem to recall it was no "Big" deal back in the late 90's...Republicans chuckled and let it go....They hardly even bring it up at all.....or do they?...What a minute wasn't there Millions of tax payer dollars spent, and failed attempt at impeachment?....and Republicans bringing it up constantly...I'm confused...Please clarify it was no "big" deal

There is a very good likelihood that campaign money was used as payoff cash. It needs to be investigated.

This isn't really a very difficult concept.

Trump, whether a "billionaire" or not, certainly has enough money to afford a $130,000 payday for an ex-lover.

IMO those in the opposition camp, working via the "any mean necessary" ideal, want EVERYTHING investigated hoping to find something, anything to justify getting him out of office.
