Inversely, could you imagine if Monica Lewinki was a porn star and Bill's lawyers paid her off and then tried to sue her to shut up? Just imagine all the judging her by her profession that would've gone on then. Those hypocrites definitely wouldn't like the reply of, "We knew we weren't electing an angel. Just a president."

It was a dying story for Chrissake, and now it's going to be front & center for quite awhile. He must really have something to hide, here. Something he fears. I hope like hell the Dems take House control this fall. Then nunes is either defeated out of his job or is put in the back seat of a real investigation that he can't drive into a ravine... all while being "recused".

I believe they will.

I can't think of anything more critical at this juncture, than control of the committees & investigatory process. Open it up, make it transparent, and put it in the arms of the American people!

I do worry though, of what will occur from November through January. What desperate damage may be done, by the exiting GOP?

Nothing but making an unfounded accusation linking Daniels to McCabe, as if we aren't capable to multiopine, to distract from the mess the FBI higher uppers find themselves in. They need to sort it out and throw out the bad apples.
Trump also needs to own up to this Daniels mess. I can accept and forgive if they are honest. Trying to slither out of it, not so much. That was my opinion when Clinton's affairs came about, it is my opinion still. I hope Melania gives him lip in all languages she speaks (although I think she was quite aware of whom she married.)

I won't put my chips in now for sure though. There is no telling what kind of nonsense could happen between now and november that changes voters' mood.

Of course there still will always be the loyal sycophants that won't leave trump if he had a dead young boy under his naked body but I think pictures would carve off a significant portion who always scream plausible deniability unless they themselves see it.

I've been third party or independent the bulk of my voting life but what donald trump and the tea party before him showed that it seems best to infiltrate an establish party and make it your own rather than trying to build a party from the ground up. I've had some infuriating experiences working third party campaigns that make me think it's impossible to get anywhere because they don't have nationwide down the the town/county level of infrastructure needed. And my experience with the green party... ugghh... they are so loosely organized that the mentality seems that they are opposed to even having a leader at all. It's worse than herding cats.
