She was also responsible for running a secret CIA site in Thailand where not only was torture committed, but she destroyed the tapes of it.

She'll be a good fit at CIA. Since the activities of the Deep State don't worry democrats, she is just the person to turn it into a weapon against them. They love the deep state going after Trump. Let's see them cry like little girls when their phone conversations go public and they are indicted, or their lives are torn apart leak by leak, page by page. And their closest secrets suddenly are 'out there in the wild', unprotected.

Democrats love the deep state. Pretty soon it won't be so lovable when it comes after them.

There are a dozen investigations of various kinds going on looking into Obama, the Clinton mob, Comey, Mueller, Clapper, Lois Learner, and a few others.

Haspel's experience with kidnapping and torture will fit right in with Trump's war on drugs. Trump will (illegally) expand the CIA's reach to the domestic war on drugs. This will allow Trump to kidnap suspected drug dealers and have them tortured before they are eventually executed.
