"Theresa May has given Vladimir Putin until midnight on Tuesday to explain the use of a Russian-made nerve agent in the Salisbury attack or face retaliation for “a brazen attempt to murder innocent civilians on our soil”.

The Prime Minister told MPs that the Government "has concluded it is highly likely that Russia was responsible" for the attempted murder of the former spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia last weekend.

And she revealed that an illegal “weapons-grade” nerve agent known as Novichok was used in what she described as “an indiscriminate and reckless act against the United Kingdom”."

This can't end well!
 
It makes for a good sound byte but won't come to much. The excuse will probably be something along the lines of "It wasn't us" or "We were framed".

May is going to need to come up with hard evidence that the assassinations were perpetrated at the orders of the Kremlin.

Of course the other possibility is that Trump will be blamed and we'll add this to Mueller's list.

I'm honestly surprised that they are not going to go to war over this, but I'm not surprised we wouldn't support it.
We went to war for lesser things than this.
 
Trump will continue to do nothing as he has done failing to respond to the Russian act of war and everything else the Russians have done including Russia releasing a propaganda film of Florida being attacked and to which Trump responded with defending silence.

He is a whipped dog owned by Putin who determines how far to let him go on any given day on his Russian leash. He is not representing America or our people and must be removed from office ASAP.

Not a word from the Trump WH on this issue. Trump has had his marching orders from Vlad. Those nasty Russian videos must be something else, now locked away in Putin's office safe.

That nerve agent is like Putin's fingerprint on the murder weapon. Like the polonium before it they can only come from the Kremlin.

announce a a twenty year moonshot to replace oil and natural gas. sinking fossil fuel prices and their Afghanistan quagmire collapsed the Soviet Union the first time, along with the utter unworkability of dictatorial communism at the national level. this strategy would probably work again.

This is truly out of mind talk IMO. Since when has the democratic party been in favor of outright war with Russia?? Seems like hatred of Trump has made it OK to say crazy things and have people actually nod their head yes. Scary stuff.

Perhaps since the Russians installed their puppet in the White House and Republicans in Congress refused to do anything about it.
