Didnt say it was. I said that Trump will indeed establish parameters to any official discussion with Mueller.
And it will stick.
A president has authority, and people need to get through ther ffn heads he is allowed to use it.

Do I have this wrong? Trump will demand and receive exactly how Mueller will conduct the interview. Trump will set all parameters, all areas to be discussed, including questions that cannot be asked. Is that what you are saying?

None of these are even remotely criminal acts

Trump will not be setting that many parameters. Then again, he can refuse, Mueller's gets a warrant for Trump to appear in front of the GJ and without his lawyers.
People should get it thru their heads, Mueller is not ffn around.
And if you think Trump & his lawyers can outwit Mueller, well I would differ on that.

I think that is probably right, but it would be malpractice if his lawyers didnt make the attempt.


One thing I wonder on, will Mueller lay Felonies within the Trump Family/inner circle of Campaign/advisors before or after they reach an agreement for Trump to be interviewed.

I dont see any evidence that anyone near him will be charged with collusion, so im not sure what felonies you are referring to.

If Mueller wishes to interview Trump, he will need to explain why the information being sought cannot be obtained through other means. He will need to explain what it is he is looking for.

We do not know what happened- what various people told Mueller- did Don Jnr try with Trumps assistance to obstruct justice on the numerous memos over the Russian Trump Tower meeting.
Did Kushner try pay for play with UAE and Qatar? If those Govts think Trump is toast, they will turn on Kushner

Prince- Testimony to the House is different than Nader has provided to Mueller- (News reports). Nader is well connected in the ME and will be a goldmine for Mueller. He has worked between the US and ME for about 20 years or so.

As to Felonies- Mueller has surprised us all with who and how many Felonies laid.

With conflicting reports on firing Comey- he has that- with the Russian Tower meetings - he has that- with Flynn he has that- who directed Prince to meet with the UAE/Seychelles, who he met and what was discussed?
Mueller has a lot to corroborate and ask for Trumps version of events.

There can be as many conflicting reports as to why Comey was fired as you want. It doesnt matter. Trump doesnt need to explain why he fired him.
Trump wasnt at the tower meeting. What could he add?
Maybe clarify his comments about Flynn
What does post election stuff have to do with pre-election collusion?

Not really. The vast majority of his charges have been against Manafort and Gates, the rest against some unknown Russians who will never face justice. So far, his investigation of Trump/Russia collusion has turned up exactly zero.

and why did comey take salacious and unverified oppo research from russia to an ex parte fisa court?

Yes, he can fire Mueller, but that won't end all the indictments that are coming down. Mueller has shared everything related to state crimes with Schnneiderman, who is the Attorney General of New York. There will be lots of indictments out of New York for money laundering and other serious crimes, and unlike Federal crimes, the president has no pardon power over these. People in Trump's corner will be going to prison, no matter what Trump does.

as a bit of a germaphobe myself, this is one area in which i should not throw stones, lest i be correctly labeled as a hypocrite. also, i admit that i find his strategy to avoid poisoning to be somewhat clever, other than the fact that his fast food selections are probably a poor choice for a sedentary 71 year old.

I also am one who is a tad that way.Public bathrooms, use the paper to open the door to exit. If not available use something.
Also one who watches where I am at- aware of surroundings- example - I go into a washroom, or such enclosed place, I am looking for possible threats. Same with smaller bars and other places.
Color me different.

Sounds like Mueller has a lot of nothing because none of the things you mentioned are illegal or criminal.

This Seychelles meeting that has everyone on the lefts panties in a bunch, took place after Trump was elected. If the nefarious and traitorous Trump was trying to set up 'back channels' to Putin AFTER the election, that kinda shoots down the idea that he had back channels before the election. So much for the collusion theory...

So? If they were trying to set up a back channel AFTER the election, it kinda demonstrates that no such back channel existed PRIOR to his election. So no collusion. I doubt there is much merit to the story, but what if its true? So what?
