"[A]round 2 am, the woman said, she and her friend went to pay their tab and encountered Cuban, who was standing by himself.
"It was apparent he was very drunk," the woman's friend later told police. "His eyes were half closed, he was unstable on his feet, and he was slurring his words."
The alleged victim asked Cuban to pose for a picture.
She told police that Cuban initially placed his right hand on her lower back.
"He then moved his hand down until it was on her buttocks," according to McGuire's summary of the alleged victim's statement. "Cuban then pushed his hand down the back of her jeans and inside her underwear where he cupped his hand over her groin area and inserted the tip of his finger into her vagina."

This amidst an investigation of rampant sexual harassment among the top executives in his organization.

Talk about a Shark Tank.

 
Those must be some loose fitting jeans.
 
I'll wait for a court case and a verdict before saying anything about Cuban.
 
And while that was going on they had time to take 7 photographs as the "assault" was happening. Apparently, in none of those 7 photos is there evidence of assault or resistance by the "victim".
 
I dont care about Cuban but a few questions

As he was from the sounds of it heavily intoxicated, if the woman he was touching was being touched inappropriately and did not like it why not take a few steps away. Either after he put his hand on her lower back, or right after he put them down her jeans (which is strange as most jeans today for woman are skin tight) and before he put a finger tip into her.

Given he was very drunk, it is unlikely he would have been able to prevent her from moving, and as she had a friend with her he would have easily been stopped before anything happened (if anything happened)

She had a really odd expression of shock on her face, and Cuban's shoulder was noticeably "dipped down" like he was reaching low. She complained immediately after to her friend, and her family talked her into going to the police two days later. It became he-said-she-said.

The Portland newspaper dug this up from 2011. And with all that is going on with the Mavericks investigation, this is not good for him at all. He could be forced to sell the team like they did with the Clippers.

This is from 2011. But as we are seeing, everything is being dug up from 40 years ago these days, so that's basically like yesterday in comparison.
