It doesn't even take an hour. The guy sounded unhinged, and idiotic. "My lawyer is about to leave," :lamo. These people are ridiculous, how can we take any of them seriously? And these are the ones that they could, "afford to let go." Imagine what these people think in private.

Target is or is stored on a physical object: by doing nothing, thereby forcing law enforcement to come seize whatever it is.

Target is oral testimony: by doing nothing, thereby forcing law enforcement to haul them off to jail after a finding of contempt where they will sit until they change their mind or the judge gets bored.




Also, I hope a terrible eternal fate awaits whomever designed embedded videos that start playing the second you open a web page (and now, seemingly, can't be turned off for a while)

I think he lied

At one point, he says he has not gone through his emails since receiving the subpoena. Later in the interview, he says he decided to not comply after he started going through his emails

Ill have to listen to it again

If Trump sent Nunberg out on a media blitz, why did he bash Trump? He said Trump "did something real". And he said it in a serious tone. I got it! It's called reverse trolling. Something Stone is very good at. Notice Stone for months after the election said on national TV he had nothing to do with the campaign anymore, he was just a supporter. Just like Nunberg is doing now. At this point it's almost proven that Stone worked with Assange to get the DNC Emails, what we don't know is what Trump knew and what he saw.

Nunberg also said he talked to Bannon last week, didn't want to spend hours going through emails (if you've got nothing to hide you know you don't have to search through them manually.) Just use outlook to do a batch collection, load them into a single file and mail them out to the FBI. Trump likely doesn't care about him at this point just as long as his name is in the media, he doesn't care how. So he let's Stone and Nunberg come up with this little scheme. This is something that has almost definitely been approved personally by the POTUS.

Exactly.

"The documents requested may incriminate me, and anything I say may as well. I exert my 5th Amendment privileges"

But the problem there, is Mueller will then bring indictments against Nunberg based upon what he already has, which since it's electronic is probably much of what he requested. And sooner or later, the result will be the same - Nunberg having to decide as to whether to plea & flip, or not.

I suspect Nunberg's lawyers will convince him to produce the evidence & meet with Mueller, or he will be looking for new lawyers.

But that "Trump did something real", is pretty harsh.

Anything's possible, though. I will not say 'no'.

I still think he is playing games and will comply or he is guilty as hell.
No sure where he lives, but if they have to arrest him, he goes to a place like Rikers. He will be well loved there, he would even feel the love.
