President Trump directs Justice Department to ban gun modifications like bump stocks used in Las Veg

WTF is the point of that? Banning gun accessories doesn't solve anything. It just placates gun control activists while failing to address the issues causing these mass shootings in America.

that's exactly what Clinton's assault ban did: banned certain gun accessories. So you're saying that law was worthless as well, correct?

Banning bump stocks is a bi-partisan concern, made loud and clear, writ large, after Las Vegas.

no, he's a thinking adult. When you become the most powerful man on Earth sometimes your views change(see LBJ reversal on race issues when he became POTUS). It's not impossible that he see's things a bit differently, and I'm not going to excoriate him for that.

Have I ever even suggested otherwise? This may completely blow your mind but me thinking Trump is a POS and his version of gun control is stupid doesn't mean I love the Clintons.

That depends on what time of day he considers an issue and if he thinks it works in his favor or not. Last Friday Trumplethinskin thought the Russian indictments were pretty hot stuff. But Saturday he had turned against them. The only factor was on Friday he thought they worked to help him and then by Saturday he believed they would only hurt him.

So yes - he is the worst sort of a flip-flopper.

sorry. what is your opinion of the assault gun ban? Is he more or less stupid than Bill Clinton's gun control methods?
