F.B.I. Condemns Push to Release Secret Republican Memo

How can they be aware of abuses that don't exist?

They know that Nunes is dirty and a loose cannon, and cannot be trusted with classified materials. It's a simple matter of them not want information and methods being exposed, which Nunes clearly would do in order to protect Trump and disrupt the investigations.

This is really simple, ground-level stuff here. Doesn't take much thought, and doesn't require any conspiracy nonsense.

They abuses exist, the FISA court has already ruled such. That is why the IG was asked to investigate the departments. It was Admiral Rogers that found out about the abuses when he conducted an audit at the NSA. Admiral Rogers hand walked the evidence to the FISA courts.

What’s in this for Nunes?

No, not the 'abuses' alleged in the Fantasy Land narrative that Nunes is pushing to suckers and rubes. It's all Kabuki theater.

Nope I didn't say that. Session recused himself from anything Russian related. When it comes to these investigations Boyd is working under Rosenstein. It was Rosenstein that was not forthcoming with the committees in releasing information and still are dragging their feet. It was Rosenstein that authorized renewing a FISA on Carter Page.
Boyd is the messenger boy for Rosenstein.

Okay let's break this down a bit. The charge from the memo is that it shows an abuse of the FISA process. Stephen Boyd, in a letter, stated that the DOJ is not aware of any such abuses. The information the memo is based on is from the DOJ. Rosenstein, to you, is somehow complicit in hiding the fact that FISA abuses took place - a coverup. Yet the DOJ is who provided the info to Nunes who used it as the basis of the memo. So the only way your claim could make logical sense is if Rosenstein was complicit in some kind of conspiracy, unbeknownst to Boyd, and also that Rosenstein handed information over to Nunes and the Committee which shows he is complicit in such a conspiracy. This information would have only been able to have been handled by those complicit in the conspiracy, which means there was secret information of which Boyd is unaware that Rosenstein provided to the Committee, which shows that Rosenstein is corrupt.

Is that pretty much what you're trying to say?

Was it released to the public ?

Oops, my bad. It was released to Trump, and Trump is going to release it to the public within the next 5 days, according to the White House.

Looks like the right has its next liar and piece of trash to be disposed of, Wray.

Actually, Wray, who was hand picked by Trump himself to head the FBI, is the one saying it is not accurate. I want to see Trump tell us that Wray is out to get him. Wray is one of the agents who pushed Comey to reopen the investigation of Hillary's emails. The fake memo is smoking gun which is about to expose the coordinated GOP operation to attempt to shut down the Russia investigation.

How about we all get to see the memo before we decide whether it is fake or not.

The FBI is concerned about releasing a memo that impeaches their credibility. I'm shocked I tell you, SHOCKED!

Judge: Sir, you have been accused of breaking and entering and grand larceny, how to you plea?

Man: Not guilty, your honor.

Judge: OK, case dismissed.

I wonder if the released propaganda memo is somehow connected with Trey Gowdy's sudden out of the blue decision to quit congress.

I gotta say, Dan, seeing you fall on the side of less government transparency is something I never thought I would see!

Should I go looking for all the times you impugned "unnamed sources" for leaking information that was not meant for public consumption? Should I expect to find it?

the memo was written by all GOP contributors; a first ............ typically these types of documents are authored by a bipartisan effort .......

not this time

What’s in this for Nunes?

Nunes is not satisfied with his Fuhrer's understanding of his 'loyalty' so, Nunes is working over time to prove to Daddy Donnie that he is most loyal

this will bring the couple closer ............

I know! That's why I said Wray is going to be the next right-wing target. The next Comey, the next Mueller, the next Bannon, the next Rosenstein. The blasphemous infidel must be dealt with.

Take notice that the FBI didn't say that anything in the memo was false.

"Misrepresented" and "Taken out of context" is the same thing.

"Misrepresented" and "Taken out of context" is the same thing.

Which means all of the material facts in the memo are true, but the FBI wants more facts added, because they believe different conclusions will be made. But how would we know that they would add all the facts? Wouldn't they be in a position to only add the facts that they want to ensure that the reader reaches the conclusion they want?

We're talking about abuses of power here, so that sounds like the job for an independent or special investigator.

Hell ya, several folks here predicted this would blow up in Trumps face. Looks like that may just happen. If the memo does eventually get released, its already being questioned on its cherry picking of material for Nunes pleasure. Nunes is so far up Trumps colon he cant see day light lol.

LOL

It's being questioned by about 20 percent of the population out of sheer convenience. The rest know orchestrated corruption and massive abuse of power when they see it.
