Deputy FBI director McCabe stepping down: report

You think that doesn't create a personal stake in the outcome? Half a million dollars is a lot of political favors. Political favors get called in after the donation, not before.

Discuss this with your fellow CT's. Facts don't matter there.

Please describe me for me what is an ethics violation to an upper level investigator in law enforcement. Take your time, be precise.

answering you is just a waste of my time. Not to mention giving you a validation of your views.

I asked you that question so you would be aware of what things constitute an ethics dilemma. You don't want to understand, that's fine. But don't pretend to lecture me on something you don't want to try to understand.

Evidently, you have no ethics. Whine to someone else.

Trump junior tweets that McCabe was fired. If this is true, yet another ethics can of maggots is opened. More obstruction of justice in fact.

No, I think "obstruction of justice" requires more than this.

Critical tweets and comments, posturing, denunciations, declamations, adverse characterizations and such are not in and of themselves "obstruction of justice".

Moreover, one should take into account Trump's conduct is "s.o.p." in the business community (where Trump draws his experience). If he were an attorney or a politician, he would naturally be more guarded in his expression, as a businessman he can call a spade a spade.

Let's connect the dots:

Yesterday, McCabe reads The Memo for the first time.

Today, McCabe resigns.

He's running for cover.

McCabe did not resign. According to Donald Trump, Jr., he was fired.

(have not yet read the entire thread, so if this has been covered, my apologies)

Ok. And? You got me, or something?

The claim that McCabe was **** canned came out after I made that post. The next day, I think.

Sorry, but my crystal ball is in the shop getting tuned up.

Because for him he would be doing his job, the unethical portion wouod fall on the doj who assigned the special prosecutor, and if the investigation was a farse and unethical, the doj would be responsible for ending it, not the investigator/prosecutor.

No it would be on him for continue an investigation based on bad evidence.

Again - as I said (and slowly, for those with reading comprehension issues) - have not yet read the entire thread, so if this has been covered, my apologies.

Do you even try to add anything to debate, or do you just sit around yelling at people to get off your lawn?

Says the poster that admits she hasn't read the whole thread and jumped at the mistaken oppurtunity to play gotcha.

So I guess that's a no? You don't even try to debate? Do you see the difference in my post and yours? No, of course you don't.

And I don't need to play "gotcha" with you. You put yourself in the position to have that done, all the time.
