I told you three posts ago that we're talking about IDNYC. No, the requirements are not the same. Every fact you need to verify how wrong you are exists earlier in this thread, including several links to the government sites you have never visited. You are belligerently out of place in this conversation. Go away, fat man.
IDNYC no longer exists as a separate entity from the DMV. Old hat. It was introduced in the City Council by then Speaker Mark-Veverito, signed off by progressive Mayor Bill who first proposed idNYC during his first campaign, until the US Attorney General of the Eastern District received a restraining orders from the Eastern District Court, a year later. The NYS AG's office negotiated a settlement by placing all NY issued id's back we they previously existed, in the hands of DMV. Go climb a mountain.
