Bannon Is Subpoenaed in Mueller’s Russia Investigation

Investigations are supposed to have a beginning and an end.

The longer the investigation lasts...... The harder it becomes, the more complicated it evolves and the more diversity and different directions it takes, the more costly it becomes.

This is NOT a mafia, international narcotics ring. This is not an interstate drug smuggling case, nor is it a large conspiracy. It is a simple and tight knit politics case where a proper investigation and deposition needs to be done.

Don't make it harder than what it is, and don't " overview " everything. Start, be pro active and professional. Interview and depose , final segment - conclude investigation and case.

This is not rocket science by any means. The evidence is obvious and the guilty is mostly obvious. It is the job of the prosecution....... to make a decision if they want to do anything about it or not.

Ulterior motives. We are not protecting some institution and mounting evidence against a terror organisations because they want to blow up the White House ; this is a simple - clear cut Criminal Investigation.

Prolonged investigations..... become prolonged problems.

Defense Lawyers are supposed to stall a case, and prolong it as much as possible - NOT the i investigators and the prosecution. If the investigators and the prosecution stall a case.....then something is wrong........ MUCH WRONG !

There is no credible evidence that the above criteria are not being met.

You have no idea what's involved in the investigation or why it might take a long time.

What if over a year after this witch hunt Mueller says there was no collusion by Trump? Wish they'd go after Hillary camp pay for play and plaster it everywhere like with the Russia probe.

Grand Jury's are behind closed doors, secret, and lying to them carries penalties. What he can and will say is entirely speculation, but the legal penalties for lying is such that.... well, he can't let his ego get in the way. I have no idea what he will say, but he is paying the price of talking to Wolff.

Either the investigation is being done - or the Muller team is enjoying long holidays , and taking long vacations...... while everyone else is working on putting a case together.

Have you ever conducted an investigation? I have..... QUITE a few.

You talk as if everyone in Washington DC is under investigation. They are not - and the witness list for the courtroom is short and sweet.

Why, yes it does change things. If he lies, he goes to jail. If he tells the truth, it is quite possible someone else will go to jail. If anything, it will be amusing to see imagine him squirming. (the sessions are behind closed doors).

A one year investigation and we are just this far. If I was Muller, I'd be embarrassed. If I was Muller I would be ashamed.

If I was the White House ------ I'd be laughing at the time frame that Muller was in, and how little he has accomplished.

Think of all the people Muller has on his investigation ........ working hard ; and for him to be only as far as he has gotten.

Wrong, this is exactly a Russian mafia investigation.

What makes it even more complicated is that two world leaders with mafia ties are involved, I can not imagine a more complicated case. Particularly because this has been going.on for decades.

Their mistake was getting greedy and putting trump in the presidency, therefore putting him a.d everyone else involved under a microscope they had never been under before.

This investigation will go on for years.

There are currently three issues up in the air right now.

1)collusion
2)obstruction of justice, and
3)money laundering.

If Mueller's investigation isn't cut short or stymied, and he concludes that Trump is innocent of all three of these things, then that's that. That said, an entirely new investigation needs to be opened into violations of the Emoluments Clause.

I suspect Mueller already knows the answers to the questions he'll be asking, possibly catching Bannon in a lie, and allowing him to tighten the thumb screws further.

Based on your posts, the language used, your false idea of how the American justice system works I doubt that statement.

You may have "investigated" something, not nothing even remotely like a legally established, grand jury investigation such as this.
