Obstruction Inquiry Shows Trump’s Struggle to Keep Grip on Russia Investigation

Oh I can make a reasonable conclusion on future charges.

Now when this Russia thing came out, Trumps campaign, including Trump, family members, senior members of the campaign stated that no contacts with Russian occurred. And you believed them.
Now we have seen evidence of multiple contacts, including senior members of the campaign/Trump family.
And each time they became public, the Trump campaign, family members lied their respective assess off.
And you believed them
Then they would amend the story - and you believed them
Then it changed again- and you believed them.

Ok, where's the crime?

You claimed that there will be charges. It's time to explain what those charges will be.

Money laundering and lying to the FBI. Now as to the rest of the post

There's zero evidence that President Trump has done any of that, not to mention it has absolutely nothing to do with the current accusations.

Here's a recap of " yesterdays news ".

Wow ! Its been a tough week for the Democrats, and its only going to get tougher.

Your links are cute. Your rightwhinge campaign is cuter.

The Hill which you cite twice links directly to Newsmax. Daily Caller almost always has hot stuff for the rightwhinge to include reports during the emails stuff there were 179 FBI agents investigating when we learned afterward there were less than a half dozen of 'em. Daily Caller malreported also that a grand jury was investigating HRC which was always false as there was never a grand jury concerning emails.

Here's from your Daily Beast link....

A former senior DOJ official familiar with department leadership’s thinking said officials there are acutely aware of demands from President Donald Trump that they look into Clinton’s use of a private email server while secretary of State—and that they lock up her top aide, Huma Abedin.

For instance, Trump tweeted on Dec. 2, “Many people in our Country are asking what the ‘Justice’ Department is going to do about the fact that totally Crooked Hillary, AFTER receiving a subpoena from the United States Congress, deleted and ‘acid washed’ 33,000 Emails? No justice!”

The former official said tweets like this present two challenges for department leadership: looking into the matter in a way consistent with normal Justice Department approaches, and trying to avoid the appearance that they are trying “to put Huma in jail.” It’s an open question as to whether Justice Department officials would have the same level of interest in Clinton’s server without a political directive from the White House, the former official said.

A spokesperson for the Justice Department declined to comment for this story. “If the White House asks you to look into it, the answer is to tell the White House to stay out of investigations and prosecutions, especially when it comes to your political opponents,” Matt Miller, former Justice Department spokesman said.

Hillary Clinton left office as SecState in 2013, January. Statute of limitations is anyway five years. And it is Flynn who's pleaded guilty of lying to FBI about Russia and Putin. Bon chance with all your stuff and keep us posted as I'm sure you will. Cause you've got Donald Trump as the executive producer of your banana republic programming.

Did I mention Trump. Nope.

Boo Hoo, I dont care.

We can criminalize what ever we want, that does not mean that we have to criminalize Trump being Trump, not after We The People decided, and we need to be the bosses.

You make it sound like he cannot be guilty of anything because of his status,

Interesting that your words make Trump seem more like a dictator.

In the aftermath of President Richard Nixon’s Watergate scandal, the phrase “It’s not the crime; it’s the cover-up” entered the cultural mainstream.

“I hope you can see your way clear to letting this go, to letting Flynn go. He is a good guy. I hope you can let this go,” Trump said, according to Comey.

Although Trump's request was not explicitly phrased as a demand, Comey suggested on Thursday that he couldn’t help but interpret it as one.

“It rings in my ear as, well, 'Will no one rid me of this meddlesome priest,'” Comey said, referencing an apocryphal story about England’s King Henry II and his indirect order to murder Thomas Becket, a bishop who had opposed his rule.

According to Comey, the president’s Feb. 14 request was the most explicit of multiple attempts made by Trump to manage the Russia inquiry.

All the hack cartoon pics and Nixon references in the world isn't going to make the growing scandal over the dossier go away, you realize that, dont you ?

Using opposition research funded by the Hillary campaign and the DNC as the catalyst of a investigation into Russia collusion and to obtain FISA warrants to unmask and to conduct covert surveillance the political opposition prior to a presidential election makes Watergate look like a parking ticket.

These revelations explain why the Left has been so unhinged lately, and why people like Adam Schiff have been keeping a low profile. In a desperate attempt to change the narrative and pull focus away from the dossier the NYTs made things worse....for the Democrats. Someone even managed to talk Glenn Simpson into writing a Op-Ed, that attacked the GOP and minimized the dossier. Simpson demanded the House Intel committee release a transcript of his testimony...Lol ! Glenn Simpons sudden interest in full disclosure seems a bit contrive, considering he fought to keep Fusion GPSs bank records sealed.

Well, he lost that battle, and the House Intel Committee now has those bank records.....:lamo
Bank turns over disputed Fusion GPS records to Congress - CNNPolitics

The attempts to manufacture a new narrative that minimized the dossiers influence didnt work. Here's the problem for the Democrats and the " resistance ". They were so intent, so initially focused and motivated by the Russian collusion narrative, they reported on it constantly and ran multiple articles on how Carter Page's alleged Russian connections triggered the FBIs investigation and how the dossier was used to obtain FISA warrants

The NYTs thinks their readers are morons apparently, but of-course they would. Their readers STILL believe Trump colluded with Russia to win the election. So do continue to post silly cartoons and stale talking points, Ill post updates on a real and growing scandal that involves actual collusion and obstruction

This article from the NYTimes seems to have meshed excerpts from Wolff's book, with imaginative out of context twisted stuff from their recent interview with the President. IOW, they are cherry picking unreliable information, and doctoring the rest to fit a narrative they wish to be true....if Trump obstructed, prosecute. Til then, this is hysterical nonsense...

He sure does seem nervous about any investigation of "this Russia thing."

They aren’t even investigating the Russian thing anymore, they’ve move on to something different now, the Russian collusion thing didn’t work out.

There's Papadoupolos the boozebreath, Carter Page the maybe and possibly could have guy, the Michael Flynn raging lunatic, Don Jr. the Trump, Jared Kushner the boy dope, Jefferson Beauregard Sessions who doesn't recall squared and who tried unsuccessfully to get dirt on Comey, and a trail of people fired because they caught these and many more in their deflections, denials, avoidance, backtracking, lies, coverup, obstruction and counter demands.

Count One of the 12 count indictment-plus of Manafort is "Conspiracy Against The United States." Bannon of all people calls it "treasonous." Collusion which the Trump Fanboyz admitted to early last year and noted endlessly is not a crime is almost passe'. We've gone since and rapidly to conspiracy and now to obstruction of justice.

Enter Michael Wolff....

There's plenty of reasons the rightwhinge hasn't any humor or perspective. That is, what's funny about it isn't funny at all eh.
