What conspiracy theories? There is no conspiracy theory. It's known that she carelessly and illegally handled classified information. Anyone of lower status would be in jail for doing what she did but she walks because she's Hillary Clinton.

She deserves to be indicted for much greater crimes than Martha Stewart was indicted for, by James Comey.
