Just the irrational. As Trump's opposition seeks to selectively legitimize Bannon over this, Trump's fan club now wish to distance their once unconditional defense of Bannon, which was solely based on Trump's say-so (like Putin or China from month to month).

But considering how people jumped and joined Trump's cabinet in the beginning and enough have become back-stabbers, wouldn't this be more about Trump's judgment in character? This may be why Trump appointed and surrounded himself with family members. Funny enough, nepotism is what dictators have historically practiced. They also attack the free press. Just an observation.

Bannon is just being what everybody else already knew. Ignorantly lashing about is complimentary of his type. Wasn't he arbitrarily making fun of Trump's wife recently too?

Wouldn’t it be entertaining if Bannon is using this book to hook the NeverTrump media into a story that then explodes in their faces? What if this whole episode is nothing more than a plot to further embarrass a media sector that has shown time and again its agenda to overthrow the duly elected president?

It seems inconceivable to me that there was Russian collusion going on and Bannon was out of the loop. Plus, it strikes me that his real target her is Kushner, not Trump

He is. There's a pattern forming of him saying rational things behind the scenes and pushing for reactionary, dishonest and racist things in public. He's consciously engaging in two completely different personas and is therefore aware of what he's doing, and that absolutely makes him the antichrist.

If Bannon is accurately quoted that the Trump Tower meeting with Russians was treasonous - I would have to agree with him...... perhaps not in strictly legal terms but certainly in the spirit of the action.

Exactly - and we got a big flashing red light as an indication months ago when Trump warned the investigation NOT to look at his past financial dealings saying that would be crossing a line.

That was an incredible stupid thing for him to say - reminds me of a kid telling his parents he has nothing to hide if they search his room but just don't look under the mattress.

Their path to ****ing Trump goes right through Paul Manafort, Don Jr and Jared Kushner … It’s as plain as a hair on your face.”

What evidence from Papadopolous, Flynn or Manafort poiunt to Russian collusion?

Papadopolous: Essentially "leaked" the contents of the discredited dossier

Flynn: Met with Russians while in transition but lied to the FBI about a subject that was discussed

Manafort: Indicted on financial charges for actions taken while working with the Pohesta Group.

So where is the proof in there?

All those wise, talented, patriotic, Americans - Trump only hires the best - in that meeting and or were knowledgeable of the meeting and how many of those wise, talented, brilliant, patriotic Americans reported it to the FBI?

On the other hand how many of those same patriotic Americans later shucked and jived, obfuscated, down played and flat out lied about the meeting, who attended and what was discussed?

Yes, that is what he thinks the plan is. Get to Trump through his children since they cant get Trump directly. Its a theory, but not one I buy into.

So, basically, okay to commit felonies in office as long as it is in an effort to use the power of the federal government to help the party that you support? hate to break it to you, but that doesn't fit with our beliefs, laws, and freedoms. More like a dictatorship.

Oh no, Bannon is still a nazi. I'm laughing at how Trump's hand-picked people are all forming a line to discredit him. It goes to show the kind of character judge that Trump is. Flynn, Manaforte, Papadopolouslopolousolopous (cause **** that guy's name). All have been 'minor' figures who just somehow have enough information on Trump for him to make twitter entries about them.

The quotes from Bannon in the link were about Kushners 'sleazy' finances, not Trumps.
