Who are you calling a kiddie? I assume you're calling Sean Spicer that, since he's the one who said it.

There are channels, military leaders to contact and get the go ahead from. He can't just press a button and we go to war. Our country is a bit more logistical then that and from experience, I know it takes almost thirty minutes for someone to be told, just to turn a carrier around.

Even Kim has advisers that he must consort with in order to get a full blown war going.
