This is one of those threads where we get a glimpse of the disgusting, depraved, vicious underbelly of the left. They sure are scraping the bottom if they are down to Trump spending time with his kid as a complaint. Indicates he is doing a pretty good job. What's the matter, economy too good for you? LOL!

So here they are, starting a thread about a kid, as if they give a living crap about his well being. They care so much, then rip his entire family of successful people. Jealous much?

Oh, let's hear the excuses now on how justified you all are and are really good people, compared to the awful Trumps! Pathetic. Gag me with a spoon!

I just think it's hilarious that conservatives, so often depicted as rich-keep-getting-richer intellectual elites, are now also depicted as blue-collar know-nothings.

Melania definitely relishes being the kid's mother. She beams over him always as Barron can do no wrong, which is understandable....

Still the boy has a father who's a grabber and a braggart and who's regarded widely as a personality nutcase super nova. So whether Boy Barron is surfing the net in Faulty Tower or upstairs in the WH he likely has already stumbled upon photos of mom in only a satin sash crawling on a bed head up toward the camera. One can figure the facts of life are toughening him up from the get go.

Carter, Clinton, GW and OB had daughter minor children. Reagan had adult daughters and son. GHW and Barb had a pack of adult boyz and a girl or two. Going further back in time Nixon had two teen daughters only and LBJ had a couple of daughters only. Jack's and Jackie's firstborn was Caroline after which the skies opened to deliver the late John Jr. much lamented.

Most Americans and the world too have virtually no experience in having a (progeny?) boy first son as it were in the WH. This one just turned 12 besides as he perhaps understandably takes his fidget spinner to grade 6 with him. So we're in a certain terra incognita twice over with a Potus who is a moron and his minor son Fauntleroy who's on the precarious cusp of his teen years in the White House of all places. The kid gets the benefit of the doubt but he might have to help out others along the way and in return. If he's all there then he should be expected to develop with time. Kids are resilient and Barron is a Potus boy besides. If Barron is exceptional in this respect then he'd deservedly get a free pass.

Sure, spending time with your kids is important; something I made a top priority when mine were growing up. But still... Dad needs to maintain his sanity too.

Billionaire know nothings.

Everyone knows Buckley is deceased so fainting over my post is a passe' response. Buckley passed on in 2008 so I found it rather weak to cite him in the Trump present. Especially so given Buckley had long since been eclipsed by the likes of Limbaugh and Roy Moore, Stephen Bannon, Ben Carson, Michael Flynn, Roger Altnewsman at Fox et al.

I attended a Buckley speaking engagement as an undergrad when he graced our fair campus with his legendary wit and wisdom. His fee took a bite out of our tuition and fees so I figured I'd get my two cents out of it. My rightwing polysci classmates marveled at my presumed open mindedness for it. I simply advised 'em it wuz strictly a matter of economics. All the same when the mob of conservatives in the hall gave Buckley a standing O on his stage entry I took part. He wuz after all an icon of American political thought post WW II. It's just that Buckley is a reach theze dayze for relevance and impact.

Which leaves us stuck with the likes of Dinesh D'Sousa too.

Yes, a bit creepy, IMO. Someone felt the Congressman's tweet was enough to write an article about, and someone else thought the subject was worthy of a thread here. And, of course, then take the opportunity to rip every one in the family, but they care about Barron. Creepy.

She was being attacked? And the daughters? By the mainstream media? The NY Times, WaPo, NBC, CNN, MSNBC, etc... What do you think the favorable to unfavorable stories ratio is on those outlets regarding the Trumps and the Obama's?

And, of course, all the press about how beautiful MO is in some gown... Have they done the same with Melania?

There's also the factor of all these over the top articles of what a great job Obama is doing and how gorgeous Michelle is, when it's not true. You are inviting blow back. The guy was barely in the door and he gets a Nobel prize. What do you expect?
