Retailers Feel Shoppers’ Christmas Cheer

I started to notice during the 1980's, I have been for so very long a lone wolf preaching a message that no one wants to hear, that no one thinks can possibly be true because they are so ignorantly ignorant. I have generated so much hate in my travels......But I feel a obligation to try man....... it is the old "I have to look at myself, and I have to look my grandkids in the eye" problem.

I think it was a wise move on my part when I sold one of my collections to buy U.S. gold coins. I have 16 ounces in my safe deposit box worth today about $20K. When the world implodes in 2018 it likely will be worth a lot more.

I'm no economist or mathematician but those curves I posted show an economic cycle that spells imminent economic collapse on Trump's watch. And his Tax Scam is just fat on the fire. See

If I figured to have 20 good years yet I would have the gold coins in a safe going to about $20,000, and I would probably go the rest of the way in the direction of becoming a gun nut, this after I refused to put my name in for the draft because I refused to touch a gun and also refused to be told that I had to,......one of the more unexpected and spectacular journeys I have made during this life.

And all three stopped caring about doing the basics right, so they will all die.

Failure carries consequences, a fact of life that Americans especially the so-called leaders need to relearn desperately fast.

Note: nice post

Every failure means a new beginning. One creature becomes extinct, another rises to fill the empty niche.

I look my grandkids in the eye, they pee on my feet. You got watch everything, and remember the velcro tabs on the diapers after you've hosed them down.

What portion of the audience who rocked to THE CIRCLE OF LIFE message of THE LION KING do you figure can walk the walk?

AH YES.....the GOOD LIFE.

You must be so very proud.

I never saw it, so I don't know. The girls dominate the TV, and they keep watching Frozen. I put on The Three Stooges or Abbott and Costello, turn my back, and Frozen is on the screen. The boys want to watch Ninja Turtles, Sponge Bob or the Last Airbender, they don't have a chance.

Notice the job growth after Obama took office in 2009. Trump is only riding the wave that Obama started. In this chart he created more than 15 million jobs before he left office in 2017. There was nothing 'sudden' about it.

Yes, Obama gave businesses a tax write off for hiring low income unemployed people, then punished them through the ACA for letting them work more than part time hours. So, we wound up with a lot of part time, service industry jobs to pad the numbers. And while the middle class were busy doing cartwheels of joy over their higher premiums, the GDP stagnated for 8 years.

You cannot have nearly everything you accomplished during your presidency nullified, and then take credit for the drastic up tick in consumer confidence that follows.

It's not logical.
