"You all just got a lot richer,” Trump tells friends, referencing tax overhaul

The money that we are borrowing from the kids/grandkids/unborn to cover the shortfall in taxes paid is not your money.

*sigh*. Yet another person that doesn't understand taxes.
If last year I owed 4000 and this year I owe 3000. That isn't borrowed. That is just 1000
Dollars of my own money that I didn't pay. It is 1000 of my dollars that belonged to me.

It has nothing I do with my kids or anything else.

Yes it is my money. I worked for it. He government just took it before I could use it.

It's completely dishonest. You define it as your money to then claim that you deserve it. That is perfectly circular logic.

Did you work for it? No
Did the government work for it? No
Did I work for it? Yes. Was it due me from my work and my employer?
Yes.

So here is nothing circular about it. It is a logical statement.

There's a social contract: you agree to pay US taxes if you work and live in the US. That's as legitimate a mechanism of owing money as anything else. Bribing public officials to favor yourself personally is effectively theft.

Ahh the social contract fallacy.
Also your entire argument is a huge strawman.

But that is expected from you.

We are not talking about paying taxes but that me keeping more of the money I earn is not a hand out.
You failed to address that. The government can tax or not tax as it chooses.

Let me know when you can actually address what I said instead of just making stuff up.
