Yet another member of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia investigative team is facing questions over potential bias after it emerged that she used to represent ex-Obama aide Ben Rhodes and the Clinton Foundation.

Jeannie Rhee is a former partner at WilmerHale—the high-profile law firm where Mueller worked prior to taking on the special counsel role. She is one of at least three attorneys who followed Mueller from WilmerHale.

At the firm, Rhee focused on representing people in government investigations, including white-collar criminal probes and criminal and civil fraud matters.

But this week, details of Rhee’s client relationships emerged, revealing that she represented Obama Deputy National Security Adviser Ben Rhodes during the House Select Committee on Benghazi’s investigation of the 2012 Benghazi terrorist attack.
Boy o boy, they're just coming out of the woodwork now. That un-biased Mueller, he really knows how to pick a team for purposely trying to implicate the President on a witch hunt. Maybe we'll find a Russian spy next helping Mueller, what do you think.

I think some people are getting very nervous and as such are doing all in their power to discredit their threat before they have to face their own truths.

She worked for a law firm that was hired by a former Obama aide and the Clinton Foundation? Aren't lawyers legally obligated to represent their clients to the best of their ability? So she did her job. What would you have had her do? Quit on the spot so years later she wouldn't have the appearance of bias? Unreasonable.

Half the Mueller team is made up of Democrats. The other half is not. This is ancient news repackaged as new news.

A DC lawyer who specializes in government cases represented some Democrats.

And to you this means what exactly?
Flynn gets a do over?

Not just Democrats, but a direct involvement in the Benghazi case and working for the Clinton Foundation.

We'll see.

Trump supporters' desperation is palpable as his nemesis approaches. Law and order.

So?

.......

It doesn't look good for Mueller to hire someone like that. There are thousands and thousands of lawyers, he can do better,

I can see how Mueller might have missed conflict of interest in one or two on his team, and such people should be quickly sent on their merry way once it is discovered. But with so many surfacing now, it is becoming more and more difficult to cut Mueller any slack that such conflict of interest was an innocent oversight.

Wholly ****!
The DC lawyer represented a Democratic client in a high profile case!?!?!?

Oh the **** noes!1!!!
Say it ain't so.

Surely this means that the charges Papadopulous and Flynn admitted they were guilty of are total BS, man. Total BS.

The fact that this DC lawyer has ever even worked with Democrats—let alone on high profile cases— invalidates those confessions.
Any judge'll have to just throw out those confessions now.

Totally changes EVERYTHINGZ!!!!

or maybe not
lemme ruminate and cipher on it a bit

Yeah what kind of idiot hires a DC lawyer with experience working on a high profile case to work on a high profile case in DC?

I mean WHAT THE LITERAL ****, MUELLER?

Yes but every day American has to rehash it under a new thread title to keep nice and fresh the excuses of why trump should fire Mueller. Marching orders ya know.

What interesting times we live in.

They are quite literally saying that no one should be on this case unless they surely voted for Trump last year. Otherwise they are just out to get him.

That does seem to be the implication.

If I didn't know better, I'd think that some folks are having powerful hankerin's for some conspiracy theories.

"There's a vast left-wing conspiracy. VAST, I tell ya."

Of course there will be. They will destroy something and break out info-wars styled spin to blame it on the left.

Mueller didn't think he'd be under a microscope? What happen to his totally above-boardness? That's what we heard. All I know is he was FBI director during all the things that happened with Clinton, and now he's got their lawyers working for him.

It's page three and you're still unable to explain what the problem is. Normally, that kind of thing is covered in the first post by the person who created the thread.

Maybe, since Muller had worked with her, he knew she was a talented asset and brought her on board because she was qualified for the job. You can't even make a compelling argument that she's biased towards Hillary. She was part of the defense in Benghazi? That was her job! Is a defense lawyer that defends a child molester somehow pro-child molester?

And Jared hired Abbe Lowell. What's your point?

It's just pure desperation to smear the DOJ, FBI and SC just because the sun ain't shining on the current administration.

Mueller et al wouldn't have been called in if the current administration and family had been above-board.
