First, there were no "Hillary shady dealings." That's just what the right-wing media drummed but when reviewed, there was nothing there. The GOP controlled Congress had countless investigations on her and came up short-handed. In terms of shady deals, this chart is enlightening.
Second, what Franken was said to have done was not widely known and wasn't particularly serious. (Attempted kissing and an ass tap.) That's nothing compared to Moore, underage sexual assault and attempted rape. In any case, Franken was contrite and apologized. Moore doubled-down.
Third, Obama tried to get Republicans involved but their objective was to make him a one term president. So, they just took his compromises and voted no anyway. No Democratic Senate has ever refused to even vote on Republican president's Supreme Court nominee, like McConnell's Senate did.
The point that I am making is that the parties are not symmetric and it's not equal fault on both sides.
