Trump started a conspiracy theory about the access hollywood tapes saying it may not have been his voice. It was an uphill lie to try and sell and that uphill just got a bit steeper.

I'm trying to find the "good". Huge tax cuts for billionaires while building the deficit sounds pretty bad to me. This guys lies and deceit are now beyond Locker Room Banter.

Trump is an idiot here, but he is trying to do good, he simply has too much faith in America, in the elite particularly.....He rode the Rebellion aganst them and thinks at this point they should have learned where they are wrong.

But they have no interest in learning see, so Trump messed up Biggly.

Well, obviously Billy Bush is lying, just like the FBI, CIA, NSA, Flynn, Papadopolous, CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC, Hillary, most of Trump's opponents during the primary, and all sixteen of the women accusing him of sexual harassment are ALL lying!

There is only one person whose word must never, ever, EVER be questioned - and that's the guy who says all the above are lying, right? Right?

Yes, the problem is that Donald Trump is too much of a starry-eyed idealist that he's been cheerleading this "tax reform" since day one and will sign whatever the GOP puts in front of him, no matter how draconian.

He's just here to teach us all the true meaning of Christmas. Which we will be saying again. "Merry Christmas." We'll be saying that again.

In Corey Lewandowski's book he states that as soon as Trump saw the tape he gathered his team around the conference room and said it didn't sound like him. I would never take a woman furniture shopping. The scary thing about this is that I don't know if that is true!!!! Because it's pretty convenient Corey has that in his book just at the moment Trump starts questioning the tape. Don't books take months to write??? Trump seems to be perfectly happy with what Corey is doing and what he is exposing. Almost too happy... To the point where trump's aides are concerned about how happy the man is.

Corey's book could be a Trump alternative-facts campaign ad.

Um, sorry, but as a true narcissist, Trump could give a rat's ass about America. What he cares about is his own image, his own glory. Try working with a narcissist sometime as I have - it's no fun. The only "good" a narcissist will do is that which he thinks will show beyond any doubt that he is better than anyone else. Most narcissists are highly intelligent...but Trump is the exception to the rule, either due to being simply less intelligent or (in my opinion) due to being in the early stages of dementia. I remember one dementia patient we cared for - she sounded so very intelligent (when she wasn't sundowning), but nobody, and I mean nobody, could tell her any different from what she thought she knew, no matter how obviously wrong she was. Trump reminds me a great deal of her.

No. Trump is determined to show everyone that he's the best ever...at everything. Why do you think that he retweeted the "eclipse" GIF of his head "eclipsing" Obama's? Or claimed that he could be more presidential than any other president - except for Abraham Lincoln, he quickly added. Or his claim - when questioned about why he's not staffing the State Department's vacancies, "I am the only one that matters." His whole goal is not to "do good" for America, but to his mind, Obama's legacy must be completely destroyed - why do you think he's trying to tear down absolutely everything that Obama accomplished, even when it's something as trivial as changing the name of Denali (which is what locals and mountain climbers normally call Mt. McKinley, as I discovered thirty years ago)? Why do you think he insisted that his inauguration crowd was the biggest ever?

And it's not "just" narcissism, either - most narcissists are highly intelligent and are not so idiotic as to deny photographic evidence or to make up accusations out of whole cloth. MOST narcissists would know better than to take the word of the Kremlin over that of the FBI, CIA, and NSA. But Trump is the exception - he is a narcissist...but he's a stupid narcissist, not at all self-aware of how he actually looks to others.

No, Trump has faith in precisely nothing and no one but himself. He is all about Trump - and to him, anyone who thinks otherwise is a simpleton and a fool. The only - repeat, the ONLY - time that someone can tell him what he doesn't want to hear is when he recognizes that the other person can destroy him (*cough*-pee-tape-*cough*).
