Nancy Pelosi: John Conyers should resign over sexual harassment allegations

Icon... hic!

Conyers should resign, Franken should resign, Moore should withdraw and Trump should resign. But we know that you only call for Dems to resign and not Republicans.

Icon... hic!

Since when have you, or any conservative, cared what Pelosi thought?

It's hard to find Liberals that care what she thinks. I agree with her here though, for what it's worth.

What's truly astounding though is the ability of conservatives to ignore roughly half of this problem while attempting to point a spotlight on the other half. Every one of these articles just makes us wonder why so many conservatives refuse to call out their own, even defending them at times.

Without descending into whataboutisms, I'll simply state that at this point anyone who tries to spin the whole sexual allegations against government officials thing into a partisan issue is a hack.

Hmmm... then why do they keep her in a leadership role?

The faces of the DNC are Hillary, Pelosi, Franken, Bernie, and the media.

And formerly, Donna Brazile.

Stunning.

Today. Today, Conyers should resign. Today, Franken should resign. Yesterday he was an Icon and these were after all just allegations. Yesterday, as long as they were strident voices for liberal causes and really really really really really really sorry, they should stay there. Clinton shouldnt have been impeached...yesterday.

Whatever is convenient.

Ha! Ha! Ha! There is no great support for Trump amongst the leadership and establishment Republicans; it comes from the base. Meanwhile it was mere days ago that Pelosi was defending Conyers. And what of Bill Clinton?
The Dems are such hypocrites on this.

Jonah Goldberg over at NATIONAL REVIEW has a pretty good thought on this:
He points out that whenever these types of scandals hit Democrats, or liberals or progressives it is suddenly a national issue. When it hits Republicans, or conservatives, it’s a reflection of the type of people Republicans and conservatives are.

The democratic party has made plenty of bad decisions, Pelosi's being elected as the Democratic Leader by House Democrats earlier this month being one of the more recent ones. I .. honestly can't explain the move. I'm not fully aware of who the alternatives were, but it's hard to believe there were no better.

well, the same goes for the GOP fronting a ****ing clown for POTUS ..................... a ***** grabbing clown .............

Maybe Bernie, although a good chunk of the left rejected him and his message. But Hillary and Pelosi are has-beens, I'm genuinely surprised they've given her more authority within the party. Franken has never been so prominent as to be considered a face of the DNC, but I understand why you would attempt to spin him as one.

This is the elephant in the room whenever a conservative brings up sexual allegations against a democrat, and will be for at least 3 more years.

Well sure, but the point I am making is that obvious there are plenty of Democrats who care what Pelosi thinks.

Her rival in for the position was Rep. Tim Ryan.

and every ***** GOP elephant in that room knows it too  ...............

The point is, who is? Kamala Harris? Terry McAuliffe? Joe Biden?

Bernie is a half-dead communist who appeals to young people who've never made $15,000 a year in their life.

He didn’t grab ******s... he said if you’re a star you could... and he was right by what’s coming out (no pun intended).

This is like the Palin story, where Leftists believed she said she could see Russia from her house.

But hey... there isn’t much difference between SNL and the Goebbels Inspired Media Propagandists (GIMPs). The only thing is... if you have a sick sense of humor... the GIMPs are actually funnier.

Probably because liberal voters don't get to choose who is majority/minority leader.

What are they supposed to do? Vote for someone whose policies they completely oppose just to teach Pelosi a lesson? Maybe if the GOP moved back to where they used to be 40-60 years ago, or further, they'd have some success knocking out crappy Dems. Instead they went far right. Which means left-leaning voters have a harder time not voting Dem, if they don't just sit home and not vote.

40- 60 years ago... try 55... JFK sounded like a Conservative Republican.

Go read or listen to his Economic Club of NY speech from 1962.

The Left has gone ballistic nuts. Gorbachov, Andropov, Chernenko, Brezhnev would have salivated had they had this crop of loons in the US Congress during their time. It’s why they should be called the Democratic Communists, and by their behavior, I’m not too sure of the “Democratic” part.

Don’t you love the Left? Before the election the Left went bat guano nuts when Trump said he would wait to see about accepting the election... and what has happened since? The Left, like in 2000... have had tremendous difficulty accepting the results.

“Democratic” Communists? Once again... not too sure about the “Democratic” part.
