That was good move by Democrats. The master negotiator has been finding out how hard it is to negotiate without all the leverage on his side.

He learned that long ago, when the large banks froze his assets. The one you imply is not the negotiation strategy he is using.

I think this is how we have to deal with the President from now on. If he is going to continue flinging poo, trolling, and simply act like a middle-school bully. Either simply ignore the man, and distance yourself from him as much as possible or point out that he's wrong without even acknowledging his name or his title. Hopefully actions like this will force him to reconsider running in 2020, if he lasts that long.

Republicans won't do this, but all industries should consider cutting ties with him. No interviews, no magazine covers, no international deals, no domestic policies

What President Trump said is true and it's psrt of the reason the Democrats have been voted into the political wilderness.

What do you think he's doing?

You would think a master negotiator would be judged by being able to make a deal happen when two parties are far apart. Apparently being a master means ****ing things up so bad the parties don't even make it to the table before saying **** it.

What did he accomplish? Nothing. His base is struttin' around though, about the only thing he can do.

Finally, they get it.

People have got to stop enabling his personality disorder, and treating him, his supporters, and staff as though they are trustworthy people that deserve to be taken seriously. The media and democrats in particular need to stop negotiating with a man who's tactics include verbal abuse and threats.

What President Trump said is true and it's psrt of the reason the Democrats have been voted into the political wilderness.

But the problem is math. The GOP has used up their one shot per year at using reconciliation on the tax bill, and will need Democrats to get to 60 on a spending bill, or raising the debt, because there are only 52 Republicans in the Senate, hence, "math."

It sucks when honesty is perceived as hostility.

It really sucks when the "Great Dealmaker" has yet to dazzle anyone with his nonexistent 'dealmaking' skills.

The Democrats will continue to shoot themselves in the foot, if they don't get with the program. Personally, I hope they never figure it out.

He made three claims. I assume you can demonstrate all three are true? I copied his tweet word for word, only adding the numbering:

Problem is they
1) want illegal immigrants flooding into our Country unchecked,
2) are weak on Crime and
3) want to substantially RAISE Taxes.

We'll wait while you gather your evidence. Just for example, I've not seen any evidence Democrats are demanding tax INCREASES as a condition of raising the debt limit, but I guess I missed something and you can provide the links proving they have....

There's a time and place for partisan insults. I would think a "deal-maker," would know that.

What was the insult? President didn't say anything that wasn't true. If the Democrats are insulted, then they have serious issues.

Or, you could simply prove those claims to be untrue. But, we know you can't, because they're true.

The sooner people (everyone) stop treating Trumpism and the dear leader that invented it seriously, the sooner this national embarrassment will be over.

Stop giving him interviews, stop talking about his tweets, stop having his knucklehead defenders on panels, stop going to press briefings, and stop rewarding his tantrums with one way adult conversations.

This is not a WH, it's a mental institution full of prisoners wanting outside attention from normal people

When someone is coming over to talk about a deal, you don't taunt them by using partisan attacks and then say, "sorry, I don't see a deal happening."

Rick Santorum is the only Trump defender I respect. He holds his own really well, but the others can go jump off a cliff.

Again, sometimes the truth hurts.

Prove that you aren't a flat-earther.
