Your Constitution was written a few centuries past, and the times dictated the writing. Other countries have taken portions of that and improved upon it.
Canada is a Federation and cannot be compared in many ways to the US, just as other countries are and cannot be compared to the US. Canadians as a whole do not see these laws, hate speech as a hindrance to anyone expressing themselves.
If we did, there are ways to amend laws.
You do not see incidents like what happened with that white supremacist occurring in Canada.
We also do not have a 2A rights, not an issue here. It comes mainly from how our countries gained independence.
I truly pity those people who are so accustomed to tranny.
