If we did, there are ways to amend laws.
You do not see incidents like what happened with that white supremacist occurring in Canada.
We also do not have a 2A rights, not an issue here. It comes mainly from how our countries gained independence.

Congress with the Commerce Clause has minimized/changed States rights under 10 A in ways the founders never imagined.
That would not be possible in Canada as Prov and Federal rights, areas of authority are clearly defined.
But then again, and I am guessing you know little of Canada.

I'm going to assume you're getting your information from the Bell Curve until proven otherwise. That stuff's been debunked for having faulty premises.

As for what kinds of civilizations Africa has produced, there's a ln orthodox church based out of Ethiopia that's existed since the 4th century, and numerous pre-colonial African states that lasted for centuries. The Mali Empire was a notable example, as it lasted for roughly 450 years and had kinds so rich, that when one of them went on a pilgrimage to Mecca he nearly collapsed Egypt's economy in the late 1300's. He was a geographical feature on some important European map, if I remember correctly.

Edit: He was definitely in the map.

Last time I visited, there was a thread on there discussing how the Germanics were subhuman filth that contributed nothing to society. That's right, everything from Germany to Scandinavia isn't even really white now - just the English.

All states have limits to free speech including the USA. There is no absolute right to free speech anywhere in this world if you are within earshot of another human, including the good olde USA. The First Amendment makes allowances for many non-protected types of public and private speech and the US state regularly limits what its citizens and agents can and cannot say. There are people in jail for what they have said and there are people in jail for what they have refused to say. You know, as a retired member of the armed forces, that there are things which you cannot say publicly or even privately without legal jeopardy and there are things you must say or or you will face negative consequences for your silence.

Spencer is being ostracised by a continent which has run red with human blood spilled due to irresponsible speech over the millennia. Europeans have learned the hard way that guns, humans and some ideas kill people, or wreck the social peace thus leading to societal violence. They have to deal with their own hate-mongers, but they can lock the doors and refuse to admit purveyors of hate from abroad. That is exactly what they're doing. Would the US allow a foreign-born, charismatic, hate-filled cleric to come to America in order to speak and thus radicalise Americans to perform hate crimes against other Americans? No, of course it wouldn't and Europe is no different.
