Mueller investigating Kushner's communication with foreign leaders: report

This is more proof that Mueller don't have anything.

They do so at the risk of their majorities. If Kushner were to be indicted, Mueller fired and the GOP looking the other way, they will be done (and so will Trump). That is much too big a loose end for the American electorate.

Trump is stupid enough to fire Mueller, and hope the party will just let it slide.

You are correct, though I believe the Dems now have a chance to turn the House next year, and make Trumps final two years a living hell.

State charges. This is what I'm hoping for. However it will require a state prosecutor to file those. And if it's in New York I could see Mueller teaming up with Eric Schneiderman again like he did on Manafort.

That relationship has already been established. Almost like the late innings of a baseball game, Trump playing the pardon card (or even firing Mueller) will be met with Schneiderman being announced into the game.

If the Dems turn the House and Senate, Trump's* final year (and change) will not be living hell, it will be spent entirely on the golf course.... come to think of it, its not that much of a change, except no one will play "Hail to the Chief"

Quite true, its not like Trump has any major legislative victories, must be a first for a Pres with both Houses of Congress.

He has a mountain of evidence that this punk was trying to conceal his meetings with foreign nationals and financing.

Things Kushner didn't disclose on his SF-86 form for the WH.

1)That he met with the head of VEB.

2)That he meet in Trump tower with several Russian oligarchs to discuss opposition research on the DNC and Clinton.

3)That he has been seeking financing for his family business from Qatar and China while campaigning/governing.

4)That he met with the prince of the United Arab Emirates secretly

5)That he contacted the Russian ambassador several time to discuss policy and establishment of diplomatic back channels.

6)That he bought property from a Russian oligarch (whom is part owner of a money laundering firm) in NY back 2015.

7)That he has several loans with Duetsche bank.

8)That he was discussing policy with the Israeli prime minister before he was in the government -- illegal.

9)That he discussed a deal to bring nuclear energy Saudi Arabia with help from Russia

In fact, Kushner left off more than 100 foreign contacts on his security clearance form for the WH. That is not an oversight, that's a pattern of clear deception, and it's perjury on a federal document that has his signature five times.

Throw in his recent deception to the Congress that he wasn't aware of any contact between the campaign and Wikileaks when he was, and you've got multiple counts of perjury.

Nothing you listed is illegal. Especially #7...wtf?...lol

Actually, if its required disclosure then each of the items is an omission; each omission a count of fraud or failure to disclosure. No sir, its a nice list of illegal things (actually, its only an abbreviated list of illegalities)

Background check chief has 'never seen' mistakes like Jared Kushner forms - CNNPolitics

Right now, list the names of the last 100 people you've talked to.

My god, are all Trump supporters truly this ignorant?

Yes, it is. it's a federal document that states:"All questions on this form must be answered completely and truthfully. Penalties for inaccurate or false statements are discussed below."

His SF-86 requires him to list all the contacts he's had with foreign nationals, what those conversations were about, and any loans he might have with foreign banks. It is against the law for him to not disclose these facts to the government, whether there is an underlying crime or not.

Most campaign associates don't have to worry about listing all 100 foreign contacts because usually campaigns don't negotiate with foreign governments in the middle of an election -- save one or two contacts where no negotiations were held.:lamo

You don't know what, if any negotiations took place.

Yawn.

It's no more illegal than say destroying government records or having a private server,

Liberals really think they have something here but as usuall it's over hyped nothingness.

But, but he didn't disclose all his contacts on a government form.

No one gives a ****t except uber liberals who want to bring down Trump by any means necessary.

Why isn't he being charged?

Except, of course, it's against the law, and a felony.

Yawn.

Conservatives thinking pointing to wrongdoing by another in the government, excuses them from their own criminal conduct.

"Judge, I should be released and have my assault charges dropped because OJ went free."

Because the Meuller team was yawning too hard about someone not being completely honest on a form.
How about being totally dishonest and criminal.

Try not disclosing income because you think "it's not important" to the IRS on your tax returns, and see what happens.

Yep, I imagine Kushner's tax returns are an even bigger disaster than his SF-86, and possibly why he failed to disclose large sums of income.

If you think setting up a private server then smashing the hard drive with hammers and giving it the bleach bit treatment isn't sexy enough to get more than a shrug from the FBI or the American people then what makes you think anyone will raise more than an eyebrow over someone not being completely honest on a government disclosure form?
