Kushner testified he did not recall any campaign WikiLeaks contact

Kushner forwarded the wikileak messages to others--so he did know about them and what they contained. This is deliberate "I don't remember" which can be prosecuted according to Jeff Sessions, who can't remember anything either, until his memory is some how jarred loose by pictures and other testimony--"only" then does he remember, and he's done that on 3 different congressional hearing's while under oath.

Problem was that it was a different context and so unimportant, pushed into the mental bin and forgotten.

No--you don't forget a 100 foreign contacts on your government security form, nor do you "conveniently forget"--that you received wikileaks emails and then forwarded them to others. The only reason you forward anything is because you read it first, then pushed the forward button. Regardless of what they contained within them Kushner has lied under oath--filled out form 88 a strict government security form and did NOT disclose 100 foreign contacts, & had to redo that form 3 times now--(and he still has National Security clearance.)

Jeff Sessions now caught lying 3 times under oath. It just doesn't stop. They're all lying. All of their lies can be considered Obstruction of Justice & they need to be removed from their positions.
Jeff Sessions sure does forget a lot of stuff about Russia and the 2016 election - CNNPolitics

Maybe. We’ll see. At the moment it sounds more like wishful thinking.

Sessions is dirty no doubt but he will have to remain so his replacement can't fire Mueller. The idea that all these people just "forgot" is so preposterous that I can't believe some here are saying it. Selective amnesia about Russian contacts is not forgetting and remember Wiki IS a Russian contact too.

"Does not recall" : if I were called to testify in court or to congress on subject "a", I'd sure refresh my memory about subject "a". Especially anything written or electronic that had my name on it.

Amazing how forgetful people around Trump are.. and Trump himself. Must be some sort of mass dementia virus.

To Be Fair, I fully understand if the people responsible for trying to force this administration into something resembling adult policy drink heavily to cope; and alcohol can really screw up your memory.

Perjury will only be a sideline item. Mueller is following the money, and most of those who end up indicted will be charged with money laundering.
We don't know that he's following the money up to the Trump family yet, so I wouldn't make any presumptions.

Mueller has 'followed the money' in regards to Manafort, Gates, Flynn, and Flynn the dumber, so what that tell us is that Mueller has been granted broader authority from his initial scope. If he wants to follow the money and keep his scope to the election, then Kushner has a lot to worry about.

Kushner appears to have a conflict of interest with an oligarch that was also apart of a Russian money laundering case that was mysteriously dropped after Trump took office.

That along with Saters ventures in Moscow on behalf of the Trump organization, and the Ukraine deal are the deadly serious issues that will keep this WH up at night.

Still, what often happens in these sort of investigations is that the crime isn't proven, but the cover-up is. Obstruction of justice, perjury, and conspiracy are the most common charges a WH under threat of a special counsel has to worry about.

I think we can safely assume that Eric Schneiderman, the NY State AG, is investigating Wonder Boy Kushner for money laundering and fraud.

Sounds like a clinton type of answer

Oh, NO, somebody might have talked to Wikileaks.... aren't they the people who hacked millions of voting machines and switched the votes from Clinton to Trump?!!! Now, that's what I call election meddling. BTW; we spent almost $1.5 billion to get Yeltsin elected and we've interfered in 84 foreign elections over the past few decades. But how DARE someone talk to Wikileaks !!!!!! Our election process is a sacred thing!!!!!!

Kushner needs to be indicted...Convicted and thrown in jail

....patience, my man. Mueller is working diligently. His findings will be thorough. The truth will set us free (well, most of us not in the Trump administration --- for many of them, it will be time "up the river" that will set them free)
