Alabama governor plans to vote for Moore even though ‘I have no reason to disbelieve’ accusers

I would love to see these women and all the witnesses testify under oath.

I would also like to see all of their financials investigated to see how many of them were paid to say what they did at that exact time.

A sitting governor saying she believes the women that accused Moore. So Basically she will vote for a child molester...just to get another Republican in the Senate. WOW WOW WOW WTF. Got to love those self righteous Evangelical Christians.

Ohfergawdsake.
He didn't sign his future assistant's initials, he put his position, DA.
This straw you're clutching at isn't going to hold up. The guy is toast. If he does get elected he'll walk right into an ethics investigation. Remember, this yearbook thing is just one of several.
Colour? You have a pic that shows a different colour? I doubt that, but you can show me wrong.
As for excuses, well, we know who's trying to excuse what.

Yes, that makes more sense than the lady copying the legal document she had in her hand.

Yu are a genius.

When Moore signed the yearbook, he was an assistant. DA was his job title. Assistant DA, to be precise. Years later, as a judge, he had an assistant with the initials 'DA'.
This isn't that hard to understand.

Again, you are a genius.

We all know everybody sign their name with their job title after it, especially to impress a 16 year old.

That is not true. You are making stuff up. The attorney said they would be willing to turn over the book to the proper authorities.

Please post where you found that.

That is not what she said.

She also refused, when asked directly by Wolf Blitzer, to say if the yearbook was real or not.

Go back and read what the governor actually said and not what you wanted her to say.

She didn't say she believed the women, she said she does not dis-believe them.

Their is a political difference.

Honestly at this point does it matter? I am convinced that even if there were incontrovertible proof that Moore did what these accusers have alleged, he would still win because he would be seen as a more moral choice than the Democrat. All this election has done is shown how morally repugnant the GOP base finds Democrats.

Roy Moore's lawyer casts doubt on yearbook inscription - CNNPolitics

Allred released a statement after the Moore event on Wednesday, saying they would agree to have the yearbook examined by "an independent expert or experts" after a US Senate committee -- either the judiciary or the ethics committee -- agrees to conduct a hearing into the accusations about Moore.

You NEVER turn over evidence to the other side so they can control it. Allred will give it to independent experts and has agreed publicly to do so.

What law did he refuse to follow?

If you want people to take you seriously, try laying off the profanity and name calling.
If you want to be taken seriously educate yourself on the topic before commenting, that way your post will become relevant and intelligent as opposed to ignorant. You may also want to learn the difference about comments made about a post and about a person.

Only for the degenerates that place politics above basic decency and integrity.

I expect we are going to see more cases like this running up to the 2018 election.

Democrats can't win on their ideas, so they have to destroy their Republican opponents any way they can so it is a default situation how they win.

Sadly for the democrats, that is true. Their only message going into the 2018 midterms is "Destroy Trump and any potential populist conservative candidates running for congress. They learned absolutely nothing from Hillary's defeat. It's amusing to watch them now. They are finally beginning to throw Bill and Hillary under the bus despite whining that she should be the president.

You libruls can stop playing dumb on the year book issue any time now. The Moore camp is not asking for the yearbook to be turned over to Moore's lawyer. They are asking for it to be turned over to a neutral 3rd party that will allow forensic handwriting experts to verify the authenticity of the so-called year book signature. and since Allred's client made the accusation regarding the yearbook, Allred cannot legally withhold it for the sake of an ethics investigation or judicial investigation. and considering that Moore is not yet a Senator, the Senate has no juridiction whatsoever to hold either a judicial hearing or an ethics investigation. That would be up to the state of Alabama. And when Moore sues Allred's client, the court will force her to make the yearbook available for forensic testing of the signature. Allred knows all of this. She is merely attempting to stretch this out as she is now well aware that the signature is a forgery and could actually get her client in legal trouble.

Hey! look there, more whataboutisms ------------->
You are assuming based on he said...she said that he is a child molester. I have my doubts. No that you have any reason to talk. You spent so much time defending Hillary and Billy boy...even though now that Hillary's been destroyed in Brazille's book, you democrats are finally okay with throwing the Clintons under the bus.

I'd probably vote for Moore too. Why vote for someone who will support inferior, damaging policies over someone with better political stances (overall) and just alleged accusations?

and if Moore killed someone, you'd still vote for him too, right?

You need to read what you're replying to. What you describe here, third-party expert analysis, is exactly what Allred said they would do.

She said she had no reason not to believe the women so what. It's apparent because she is voting for Judge Roy Moore that she
also "HAD NOOOOOO REASON TO BELIEVE THE WOMEN" EITHER.

For someone who has a serious problem in spelling, using the accusation of DUMB is beyond ironic.

So the yearbook will be examined but Moore can evade questioning and providing testimony as evidence?

Don't think so.

I am reasonably sure you get the point. Allred as a private attorney is attempting to ransom evidence for the sake of a senate ethics hearing or judiciary investigation. Neither of which is her call and she knows it. She is attempting to delay getting that yearbook signature from getting forensically tested as she is now aware it's a forgery. it's not going to help her clients case She stepped in it.

Even for you that's a goofy comeback. There is not going to be a senate ethics investigation or judiciary hearing . Allred knows that. The Senate cannot do an ethic investigation regarding Moore because he is at this point not in the Senate They cannot do a judiciary hearing because the statute of limitations would have long ago ended even if they could prove any of the accusations against Moore. However Moore can Sue Allred and her client and force them to provide access to the yearbook. What you are attempting to spin away is the fact that Allred and or her client committed a big "oops" by copying a stamped signature on her divorce papers to the yearbook in order to claim that Moore signed her year book. Allred knows she is not going to get a hearing in the Senate, but hopes to use that demand to avoid providing access to the yearbook for forensic testing. She has simply worked out that her attempt at 15 minutes more of fame is in deep doo doo.

Outwith an investigation, she has no reason to turn the yearbook over to anyone, Moore's camp least of all. She'd be a piss-poor attorney if she jumped through hoops at Moore's say-so. Anyone in her position, you included, would sit on it until a DA or a Senate committee or somebody official says it's needed for an investigation. Or hire her own experts, but that'd be sloughed off anyway.
You know yourself that anyone hired by the Moore camp would declare it a forgery, true or no. It'd be pointless for anyone but an FBI expert (or some other equivalent) to examine it. Nobody would be believed by anyone except who was paying for it.

You have presented not a shred of actual evidence to support your wild and irresponsible allegations.

Are you feigning ignorance? Or just making it up as you go along? If it comes to court proceedings, Allred would have no other choice then to give Moore's attorney access to the year book. At that point it would be considered evidence. if you know anything at all about the law, the legal team of both sides is entitled access to all evidence. Allred would be in contempt of court if she did not produce it.

No, sport, it is allred and her client that are refusing to present evidence. It is Allred and her client that are claiming that Moore signed the yearbook. It's not about you and your partisan nonsense.

I'm sorry, this would be different relative to america at large just how again? Do we not have a sitting president who parallels this rather remarkably?

The yearbook is evidence. And you have presented NOTHING in the way of actual evidence to support your wild and irresponsible claims about it.
