Brennan and Clapper went way beyond just saying Trump was being disloyal. They extended that to Trump being played by Putin, Trump being naive, etc. In other words, they "upped the language". They went into hyperbole mode. They made connections that weren't warranted...kind of like you did with your "In other words..." twist of illogic.
Trump made a very clear statement that was immediately spun and twisted by the Mainstream Media, their talking potato heads (in this case, Clapper and Brennan) and, of course, their useful idiots who unthinkingly regurgitate the blather in forums such as this one.
You're confused.
1. Brennan and Clapper didn't say Trump was disloyal. They said he was being "played", as he obviously was in buying into Putin's story. This could be disloyalty if Trump was a knowing "playee" but more probably it is gullibility.
2. The logic is straight, not twisted. If Putin believes the Russians didn't interfere, as Trump argues, it obviously follows that Putin didn't order the interference, didn't even know about the interference when it was happening and hasn't found out about it since.
