Roy Moore accuser worked for Clinton campaign as interpreter, reports say

So ASL interpreters have no professional ethics? That's your point? What do you know about ASL interpreters?

Fox News reports and you repeat without thinking or knowing. Fox knows better than they reported.

Still searching for new comments from Congressman Mo Brooks, who supported Moore against Strange in the runoff. His Congressional District encompassing Huntsville will be the key ...

Big ****ing deal. If she is guilty, she needs to go to jail.

We are not talking about Hillary. We are talking about a Republican who sexually assaulted a 14 year old girl.

Try to keep up. If you can.

If not, start your own ****ing thread.

Oh I think I am keeping up just fine. Thank you.

And contrary to your opinion, it is still an alleged accusation.

Today Moore did interviews on the radio and said his campaign has evidence of collusion involving the WaPo piece.

Is it asking too much before you crucify the man to allow him some time to present his evidence?

Heck there is another investigator that discovered in the area where Moore was to have allegedly provided one of his accusers with alcohol turns out to be a dry county.

This damn story broke 48 hours ago and you aren't even willing to give the man a chance to defend himself before passing judgement.

That speaks volumes.

Dry county? Dry hump.

Anything else?

Here comes the slut shaming of a woman who heads an organization for community service, disability services and outreach for the deaf community. There are pictures of her with people. Some of those people are democrats, ergo, she is clearly being paid by the DNC to assassinate the character of a upstanding citizen with an otherwise spotless record!

Thank god it wasn't Fox News who broke open this nefarious conspiracy plot-- Uh? It was Fox News? Oh. Never mind.

Ah, but there's more. Anti-Moore post on her facebook page ( now all deleted ) include this shared link to a New Yorker story...

Dems Have a Chance to Beat Roy Moore ? They Should Take It

She's shared links to Daily Kos anti-Moore stories( also now deleted ) and still has a video of Moore's opponent Doug Jones on her facebook page

She's lso called for the removal of Donald Trump and posted support for the '' resistance.
Alabama Accuser Deletes Anti-Moore Postings from Facebook, Rants About Removing Trump from Office - Breitbart

One mighy wonder why she waited 30 years and a month before the election to call attention to his alledged conduct, but I think its clear whats motivating her.

Why was James Toback able to sexually assault or harass over 300 women before he was brought down? This is not a deflection. The answer to that question is the same answer to the question of why these women waited thirty years to come forward to accuse Moore.

No it could be partisan politics or it could be gender politics, what we know for sure it is not is any interest in justice or civility.

Which has me reaching for the IGNORE button.

Today Moore did some radio interviews and revealed his campaign has uncovered “some evidence of collusion” in regard to the WaPo piece. He said they would be releasing it soon. I will wait for the man to present his case before making a judgement.

That also seems to be a tactic that has been happening recently.. claim they have 'evidence' and then there is silence. I tend to be skeptical about such claims until such time they are actually produced. Sometimes, I get suprised, and the evidence is actually produced, but that's not the majority of times by any means.

My point is....is it too much to ask to allow someone to respond to such allegations and if they claim they have proof allow them time to produce it before judging them?

This story broke 48 hours ago and RAMOSS there are people here who have tried and convicted him without allowing the man to even respond to the allegations. That's damn scary.

You go ahead and be skeptical, I on the other hand am willing to give him a few days to respond to these allegations and produce any evidence he has to support it.

Oh, you can try to justify his behavior all you want.. .. but honestly.. it doesn't work for me. Let's see this evidence of 'collusion'.

I am not justifying anything. How in blue blazes is wanting a person time to respond to allegations and present evidence justifying any behavior?

Only someone who thinks he is guilty and with mob mentality would make such a statement.

You just showed your cards.

You just

yes, yes, you are. You are clutching at any straw to try to justify his actions.

Wow! No matter how nutty the right gets they just pole vault a yard above the last record and glide over it with ease.

How does the leap from "30 corroborated stories" + "one of them worked as an interpreter for HRC" = "they're all lying whores!"?!?!?!?!!?

how????

I am not clutching at anything.
RAMOSS when a society will not allow a person the time to defend themselves of ANY allegation before convicting him in public opinion then I guess today mob rule is ruling the day. Evidently justice for all has lost its meaning.

Yeah I say so and as far as your bs of not fitting in with my pattern I am claiming your partisan bigoted opinion of me for such a comment. Now sit and spin on that one,

Roy Moore accuser worked for Clinton campaign as interpreter, reports say

Roy Moore accuser worked for Clinton campaign as interpreter, reports say | Fox News

" One of the women accusing Republican Senate candidate Roy Moore of sexual impropriety reportedly worked as a sign language interpreter for Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign, a new report claims.

Deborah Wesson Gibson, who told The Washington Post that she briefly dated Moore when she was 17 and he was 34, founded the language interpreting company, Signs of Excellence, and has worked for a number of democratic campaigns, according to Alabama Local News.

The company’s Facebook page shows Gibson working for and posing with several democratic candidates at political rallies including 2016 presidential nominee Hillary Clinton, former Vice President Joe Biden, former Sen. Patrick Murphy, D-Fla., and Sen. Bill Nelson, D-Fla."

An interesting turn of events. WapPo timing was really convenient and spreading salacious rumors about a GOP candidate to give his challenger a edge is right up their alley

Really another Clinton conspiracy theory---

Leigh Corfman says she was 14 years old when an older man approached her outside a courtroom in Etowah County, Ala. She was sitting on a wooden bench with her mother, they both recall, when the man introduced himself as Roy Moore.

“I wanted it over with — I wanted out,” she remembers thinking. “Please just get this over with. Whatever this is, just get it over.” Corfman says she asked Moore to take her home, and he did.

It was early 1979 and Moore — now the Republican nominee in Alabama for a U.S. Senate seat — was a 32-year-old assistant district attorney. He struck up a conversation, Corfman and her mother say, and offered to watch the girl while her mother went inside for a child custody hearing.

“He said, ‘Oh, you don’t want her to go in there and hear all that. I’ll stay out here with her,’ ” says Corfman’s mother, Nancy Wells, 71. “I thought, how nice for him to want to take care of my little girl.”

Alone with Corfman, Moore chatted with her and asked for her phone number, she says. Days later, she says, he picked her up around the corner from her house in Gadsden, drove her about 30 minutes to his home in the woods, told her how pretty she was and kissed her. On a second visit, she says, he took off her shirt and pants and removed his clothes. He touched her over her bra and underpants, she says, and guided her hand to touch him over his underwear.

Wendy Miller says she was 14 and working as a Santa’s helper at the Gadsden Mall when Moore first approached her, and 16 when he asked her on dates, which her mother forbade. Debbie Wesson Gibson says she was 17 when Moore spoke to her high school civics class and asked her out on the first of several dates that did not progress beyond kissing. Gloria Thacker Deason says she was an 18-year-old cheerleader when Moore began taking her on dates that included bottles of Mateus Rosé wine. The legal drinking age in Alabama was 19.

IOW--there's several young woman and several witness's that will testify that these girls told them about it at the time. What makes it worse is this Roy Moore is a religious nutcase. So you ALABAMA are going to have to make a decision if you're going to protect your daughters and grandaughters from sexual preditors or vote for them?

I find it interesting that he denies the 14 year old and says he doesnt even know her but the other two girls he cant remember, he knows them but he cant remember what happened but if he did date them he had permission of the parents?

It doesnt really get more shady than that . . i dont know what happened but it seems shady as hell

The inconsistent story raises red flags. Of course, NONE of the women involved say that there was intercourse.. they said no, and he didn't force things. The one said that she got 'plied' with alcohol when she was 18 (the drinking age in Alabama was 19 at the time).

It's a relief that there are still parts of America where being revealed to be a child molester has negative consequences.

It's scary to think there are Americans who will fall for anything. Those are the types of folks who made fascism and communism successful.

In the end its the Alabama voters who are going to have to decide if there's merit to the accusations or not, and yes, past connections and life history of the accuser do come into the voters' evaluation of the candidates for whom they are going to vote.
