DNC: White Men Shouldn't Apply for Tech Jobs

So basically, the Democratic Party has such a strong culture against racism and discrimination, that they feel quite comfortable in openly practicing - wait for it - racism and discrimination.

Not being a white male myself, I just want to understand how this party is able to get anything useful done, when they're putting so much effort into reinforcing prejudices into each other.

But, but...I was told you can't be racist against white people or sexist against males because there aren't power systems in place that implement policies that discriminate against them. This has to be fake news, ecofarm has said this is impossible.
 
Just the DNC cutting their own throat to donate a little blood... and a cut throat does not sew itself up.

This blatant discrimination is why white men don't work at the DNC, oh wait...
