He hasn't paid nearly enough for his desertion.
I can appreciate why you feel that way.
He hasn't paid nearly enough for his desertion.
This happened years ago, there is no sentence, no punishment that can help the families of those who were injured searching for him
This sorry piece of human excrement will get his due soon enough. He better have a safe place.
I think what has folks so pissed off about this verdict are:
1) At least 2 servicemen were severely injured while looking for him; and,
2) The man went AWOL during war time - a most unforgivable sin as far as most (combat) veterans are concerned.
I was being a little glib with my previous comment on this subject, but the truth is there's really nothing that can be done to compensate the two injuried soldiers short what VA benefits/services they're already receiving.
Like the POTUS said, "They knew what they signed up for". War is hell.
You sound like trump...giving out Bull**** threats
And what about the families hurt by what this guy did? Hmmm?
