Have you ever been raped? It happens to both men and women. If you had, then maybe you would know that different people respond differently. This victim refuses to lay the shame game - the be quiet, don't talk, and hide your head.

Your basic premise seems to be that f a teen is at all sexual you really can't rape her. Posting pictures of herself - not nude, just provocative - proves that she is unrapeable. You call her a whore because she posts the damn pictures. So it's clear that what she wears is all that matters to you. Since she wasn't a modestly dressed Sunday school teacher then she's a whore?

It is impossible to have sexual contact with a teen who is in handcuffs facing arrest, inside a patrol wagon and not have it be rape. I don't care if she was dancing the dance of the seven veils - if you are a police officer on duty,in uniform, you keep it zipped. If they don't have even that much self control then they belong in prison.

I have to say if this is supposed to be a "sympathy" contest between a woman who shows some skin on an Instagram account and detectives who (in the best case scenario) are enticed into sex by 18-year-olds in their custody in the back of police vehicles while on duty, there's no contest here. There isn't much mystery who doesn't get sympathy here.

Cops who prey on vulnerable citizens deserve to have the book thrown at them because they are degrading all police officers.

You chide me for making assumptions and then you make assumptions about what I think. You say that her behavior is irrelevant but then harp on that she is a "teen" when she is a legal adult and her age beyond that qualifaction doesn't matter. You seem to be arguing just to argue.

Id say that they cant really especially if they are being held for a possible crime. Of course they are gonna wanna say yes instead of getting in trouble! This is privileged based coercion.

You can try to find some way to justify consensual sex handcuffed in the back of a police van but I rather not.... Especially when the girl claims she was saying "No." and "STOP! PLEASE STOP!"

Well if the woman initiated the sex and said to leave the hand cuffs on for some kink

I'm not saying that's what happened only a possible scenario where a suspect in custody could have consensual sex with handcuffs on.

I respond to your responses with questions and facts. And you've replied on this thread how many times? It's obvious who is arguing just to argue.

Certainly, that kind of behavior strikes me as odd.
I'm not sure I'm completely buying her lawyer's claims that it doesn't matter what she posts on social media, or that it's because she's a teenager.
But at the same time, the lawyer for the cops is making these claims, and while I would assume it's backed up by evidence, it's not an unbiased place to start from.

Yet still really odd, if even 50% of what is described happened.

I mean...she IS a teenager, but this still strikes me as odd behavior.

So they had her hancuffed and had sex with her in the back of the van, which they admitted.... but then use a slutty twitter picture she posted as evidence that they didnt rape her.... that she wanted it.... All while on the job.... arresting "bad guys"....

For cops that pull crimes such as this, lock them up with the guys they busted over the years, it will take care of its self.

He then became adamant that Chambers and her mom got their story wrong, and at one point nearly chased the mom into the women’s bathroom, the lawyer claims.

“You don’t know what you’re talking about. Your daughter doesn’t know what she’s talking about,” the officer allegedly said.

“I know what cops look like,” Chambers shouted back. “They had guns, there were handcuffs, and the police radio was on.”

A nurse told the mom, “Don’t be intimidated. Be strong. Be strong for your daughter,” David said.

The woman was handcuffed and the officer's DNA was found in the rape kit.

You are not getting out of the fact that this was rape.

Even if she consented, it was rape. She was under their control as police officers.

By chance did the article say if they were Republicans or Democrats so that everyone here would know whether to defend or condemn?
 
so, lemme see if I got this right:

two cops get accused of rape, are relieved of their badges, firearms, and stripped of pay.

cops get accused of shooting & killing someone get paid administrative leave.

Looks like the two cops should have shot & killed someone .............
