Washington (CNN) — US forces captured Mustafa al-Imam in Libya for his alleged role in the 2012 Benghazi attacks that killed four Americans, including Ambassador Christopher Stevens, the White House announced on Monday.

I wonder what was going through his mind when the SEALS tagged, bagged, and loaded him onto the helicopter bound for a USN warship, and eventually the United States?
 
After we try him in federal court -- can we execute him?

I'm asking because I really don't know.
 
Assuming he is convicted, I don't think he will be executed....too much of a figure to draw attention; but if he is convicted, I think he can look forward to spending his remaining days on earth at a place like the ADX in Florence, Colorado.
