Schumer: All 48 Democrats Support Health Deal

I'm not aware of the changes this bill would implement as I have not read on the subject yet, however as long as it covers pre-existing condition and keeps healthcare cheap (something ObamaCare failed miserably to do) then I'm completely fine with this bill.

Are there any details available for what this bill does? A little quick searching tells me nothing other than that it was introduced by Patty Murray and Lamar Alexander. Frankly, that's a little thin on details.

I remember a few months back they said they wouldn't release details. And not even to the CBO anymore. Because Trump doesn't want to look bad.
 
I guess Schumer wants to "Pass the Bill So That You Can Find Out What Is In It".

Uh, if this fails people on both sides of the aisle are going to blame Republicans. Conservatives will blame the 12 Republicans supporting it and Democrats will blame the others for not doing so. No one will blame Trump for pushing what is essentially the Democrats' plan.

The question should be why aren't you? We don't even know what's in this bill and Trump has the power to expose it. He doesn't because he wants a win, regardless what's in it. So he doesn't show the CBO or, "we the people." That's on top of aligning with the Democrats. I can predict what the GOP is gonna say about this in my sleep.

Why arent I ****ting myself over Trump? In a thread about a piece of legislation negotiated by a rep and a dem? That hasnt been so much as debated or passed? That you know nothing about?

It's a bill from Congress. Why should Trump "expose it"? Heck, I'm not even sure he's seen it. Furthermore, it's not up to Trump to submit a bill to the CBO...that's for Congress to do. I think your ire is misplaced.

I just realized when I read your posts, in my head I am hearing Tweak's voice. That is not meant as a personal attack. The association is completely out of my control and happens with a few others as well.
