Ah... I see you're sneaking in the Tax Reform Bill now as well. Interesting modification of the topic.

For the purpose of this post, I'll stick to the original topic.

The ACA and ACA replacement are both Byzantine webs of bureaucracy that will very probably aid in increasing costs and centralizing the control of services away from the providers.

From the point of view of the average schlub waiting his turn in the waiting room, the differences are distinctions without difference.

This brings us to the point of the post to which you responded: There is no difference between the two political parties.

Both political parties exist only to continue to exist and any benefits delivered to the populace are merely by-products of their efforts to survive.

In practice and in effect, both parties strive to centralize power, accumulate money, accept bribes and offer rewards and pay-offs to exert influence.

The moral high ground in politics is measured using a micrometer.

I think watching a Mud Wrestling match between Trump and Schumer would be disgusting on various levels.

I have watched numerous mud wrestling matches that were messy, but not disgusting.

Not true. I don't think the government should take a single cent more in taxes and fees than is absolutely necessary.

I didn't have a problem because President Obama's spending was quite constrained. Considering we had to deal with the Great Bush Recession and subsequent unemployment, it was too constrained. I also didn't have a problem with the deficits because the massive trillion dollar Bush Deficits President OBama inherited were caused by revenue collapse. And here's the best part, I didn't run around foaming at the mouth that debt would destroy us all. You and yours did. Now you and yours don't.
