Honest Ads Act

If they are commercial ads, why is there a censorship problem? If the decision is based on if the ad is true or not...that's not censorship. The company can decide to provide a true advertisement, or none at all.

Now as for reasonable enforcement of this, that's a tougher question IMO.

As is the same for political ads.
