That's from 2016, though that certainly doesn't lessen the significance of the accusations or that the list is now, what, fifteen?
Going after campaign communications for events that occurred 10 years beforehand seems like a fishing expedition.
Trump campaign subpoenaed over sexual assault allegations
Interesting. Trump utilized his Fifth Amendment right (against self-incrimination) 90+ times in legal depositions concerning 'other women' during his divorce from first wife Ivana.
Trump himself boasted that he can freely grab ***** because his wealth, fame, and notoriety serve to insulate him from criminal/civil consequences.
Do we have a predatory 'Harvey Weinstein' personality in the White House?
90+ Times? He must have good lawyers. The rule is not to say anything.
[Insert "But Bill Clinton!" Here]
Not nesseciarily true. There can be multiple reasons why one would plead the 5th aside from guilt.
Sooo 1990's, try something a bit more current eh?
You are more than welcome to start your own thread on Clintons accusations, lame attempt at diversion.
Dude, chill out. I was joking. Joking.

Not when it was members of the campaign, along with Candidate Trump and Trump's lawyers threatening to sue and ruin any woman who made/makes such allegations against him. Intimidating witnesses was part and parcel of the Trump Campaign staff and Trump himself. That is why campaign documents are being subpoenaed; and there will be legal consequences if they try to destroy them.
You must verbally claim invoking the Fifth Amendment against self-incrimination for each separate instance.
Which makes a lot of sense. Telling the truth can get you in hot water even if you are innocent. It is best to be silent ie say "5th!".
Funny that the right didn’t think that when it was Clinton’s IT guy that invoked it.
Why? That's as normal as it is false.
If you’re innocent, why are you taking the Fifth Amendment?” - Donald Trump
Right. To the alleged victims detriment, it sure does look like they are posturing which hurts anything related to what may very well be a case.
I got it. Not sure what part of my post infers that I disagree with you...especially since I said the exact same thing earlier. You misunderstood my meaning. I was inferring that the desired documents do not exist. There is no reason for a campaign to have anything like that.
