Trump hints at "calm before the storm"

Trump is either about to declare WWIII, Trolling the entire world, or telling his staff to prepare for resignation/impeachment. Which one do you think he meant today?

Trump Says It'''s '''Calm Before The Storm''' at Military Event | Time.com

He's about to fart? Of course we could just wait it out. The man is a master manipulator, so I won't waste my time guessing to much.

Perhaps, like everything Trump says, it means nothing, has zero thought behind it, and should likely just be ignored.

He might be brewing more covfefe?

Well, Mueller is looking at Obstruction of Justice. Who knows what's going on besides the investigators.

Trump is just a bad man with bad intentions. That is my gut feeling. He's acting spooked. And Trump has been intermittently enraged and demented about everything concerning the Russian investigation.

Basically my worst fears are that he is going to start a war to shift coverage off of his impeachment and I can only hope the competent higher ups in the military flat out tell him to pound sand, and take disgrace like a man.

I don't wish that to happen. I'm not emotionally attached to that outcome. I'd be perfectly fine if Trump turned out to be an honest and decent person who just wants to 'make America great again', but has quirky ideas on how to. However, that "honest and good" assessment of who Trump is as a person, is not where the evidence of Trump's history leads us. Stiffed, bamboozled, taken advantage of, intimidated, harassed, and outright abused people lay in Trump's past. Like I said earlier, he's a bad man, with bad intentions.

I agree with you. It reminds me of the Cuban Missile Crisis. How did you think JFK handled that?

Carefully and behind the scenes. He looked at his hand, looked at the table, got some info, raised. Then got some more info and raised. The Russians folded. No one knew for years just how close we came. No poker player worth a damn just yells "and 50" every time the bet comes to him. He might win once and while, but he never leaves the table with his money. There are no lawyers in a poker game or nuclear war.

For the most part, It's hard to get past the broken speech, fragmented sentences, word salad and the limited vocabulary that the President displays generally anyway.

The "You will find out" comment is just a teaser to keep his audience glued to the TV awaiting the next instalment of his reality TV show, "The White House."

Personally, I think he was sending. Powerful message to China and NK.

apast presidents left him with this **** to clean up. Don’t blame the street sweeper.

If you think that's a powerful message you were probably thought Twilight was a fantastic example of writing. ;)

He's always saying vague crap like that. "We'll see what happens"

Montagable Trump vomit.

Or trying to distract once again. He is a master manipulator.

Trump's madman strategy is putting us all at risk.

Contrary to his claims, Trump is definitely not a JFK type. Period.

Maybe trump will fire everybody...and start over...This bunch seems like a bunch incompetent losers...Or could just blame the media and Hillary...LOL

Re: Trump hints at "calm before the storm"

“We’ll see” is a verbal tick of his, but it’s been connected with an expected (bad) decision.

With North Korea, the administration is probably going to pursue a somewhat reasonable policy of intercepting ships coming in and out of NoKo. Carries meaningful risks, but less significant risks, all the same.

Trump already announced his decision to decertify Iran deal, which was a bit stupid, if for nothing else than it directly contradicts Mattis’ testimony and puts yet another huge problem on the lap of Congress. He’s already done this with DACA, as Congress was facing September from hell.

Then there’s Tillerson. He basically made him go on tv to announce his loyalty for an audience of one and it kind of blew up. Trump was pissed off and called him back in yesterday. But, two days ago, “full confidence.” That phrase has been the kiss of death lately.

yeah and don't forget - everybody always gets canned on Friday.

You mean the one where he thinks it’s genius to use it against our allies like South Korea?

Sick stuff...But no surprise...trump is sick perv

Pretty much.

He is probably most concerned that someone will rat him out about his penis size.

For a guy who claims it is all "fake news" he sure seems worried about it...He acts guilty...and he probably is

"I could start a nuclear war while you sleep, so stay tuned, folks."

With a cool head. There were multiple communications with the Russians. They chose to ignore a later message that was more aggressive and problematic. They answered a more diplomatic message in a way that both parties could accept and walk away from. Every time Trump goes tit-for-tat with Kim they are painting themselves into a corner where they feel like they have something to prove. It's all so incredibly dangerous for no benefit.

Mueller has 45 worried. Very worried.

Wait a sec... I think we've found someone that actually thinks that the piece of fiction written by the Democrats is credible! And to think, these people laughed at "birthers"! My, how far you've fallen.

What scares me is that he is going to feel cornered as the investigations close in on all his crimes he will snap and want to go out with a bang, a BIG one.
