You do know that there was three millions or so Americans more who voted for Hillary then brain dead Trump?

At least I have the comfort to know that having the fool as president is not the fault of the majority of my fellow citizens but the damn electoral college instead.

no it isn't free speech.

Threatening the President of the United States is a felony under United States Code Title 18, Section 871.[1][2][3][4] It consists of knowingly and willfully mailing or otherwise making "any threat to take the life of, to kidnap, or to inflict bodily harm upon the President of the United States". This also includes presidential candidates and former Presidents.

She doesn't have to say she is going to do it. all she has to do is threaten for it to be done or threaten the life of the president which is what she did.
she knowingly and willingly made a threat for someone to end the life of the president of the US.

This is beyond free speech she is inciting violence against the president of the US which is not covered by free speech.
the fact that you support this pretty much tells us all we need to know.

It is extremely dangerous for an elected representative to call for or urge on the assassination of the POTUS. It is on an entirely different level than some yahoo yelling it at a rally. BLM was calling for cops to be killed, and they were. They had the support of Obama. There may be people out there that will try, because of her words. This is not something that we can let slide.

Kick her out - and in this climate I would look at pressing charges if possible. I might loathe Trump but any idiot who even proposes using violence in this way should be handled with all possible penalties. They do it too is not an excuse for either side.

Put another way, the vast majority of eligible American voters chose Trump or nobody over Clinton. One can argue any number of scenarios that provide an inequality of value to a single vote, but that's usually left to sore losers who entered the race knowing the rules and then cried about the rules once they lost. You probably also think Al Gore was elected President in 2000.

As for the choice between the two, I'm quite satisfied with the "brain dead" Trump who beat your corrupt, conniving, dishonest, criminal Clinton any day and twice on Sundays. Must gall you that the brain dead triumphed over your gal. I know many American liberals just can't accept being wrong and/or having their one and only truth rejected.

Obama was a disaster as President, but I didn't lose any sleep over it. Liberals across America are apoplectic and suffering emotional trauma over Trump in the Oval Office. That has a certain entertainment value in and of itself.

LOL even if I agree with you that Hillary is dishonest and I do not agree with you on that opinion having a sane and intellect president honest or not honest, criminal or not a criminal instead of Trump in charge with special note of in charge of 7000 nukes would allow me better sleep then having Trump with his senile finger on the button.

You do know that if the fool get us into a nuclear war Canada is right by us and not at a safe distant from us or do you?

footnote there was a large group of republicans that was candidates for president and anyone of them also would had allow me to sleep better at night then Trump.

I could be 100% wrong Id have to look into it but i believe normal everyday people have gotten visits from authorities for publicly making similar statements and there were repercussions for threatening (this is more indirect) or wishing harm against the president so this lady should be no different. :shrug:
If possible, Minimum a vote should take place

if i had a vote i would vote her out

Wishing harm to the president is hardly a crime, promoting harm by encouraging someone to perhaps take actions against the president can be however there is a lot of gay areas in bringing such charges.

For example I would be delight if Trump would drop over dead from natural causes but that wish is hardly a crime.

In any case, if she would get a visit by the SS I would suggest she refused to talk to them as any statement that she might made that is less then 100 percent accurate can be ground for a criminal charge of lying to a federal agent.

1.) i understand that, i never mentioned crime and what has happened to others when they "directly" threatened. i simply said a vote and i would vote her out. not because i disagree or agree with the statements but because there should be a certain level of tact one should have at that level (yes trump has even less tact but thats a different issues lol)
2.) i agree not a crime and i dont think i share your wish but it might be better for the country IF pence

You know if Trump was not the president in charge of the most powerful military in world history I would have no wish for any harm to come to him in anyway such as falling down steps or having a heart attack or whatever.

The problem is that he had shown himself to have a child mind in a old man body and is totally unfit to be president with no way to predict his future actions. Actions that could result in tens of millions of deaths with special reference to both NK and SK.

The next four years is going to be similar to having a Cuban missile crisis going on not for a week or so but for four long years.
