Ms. Hicks, 28, already is considered one of the most important people in the president’s communications orbit and has the most sway over who in the news media gets interviews with the president. Her current title is director of strategic communications.

It appears Trump still has hope.

I wonder, if Trump is such a monster, how is it he is able to attract strong feminists to his administration and they hold high titles - Kellyanne Conway, Ivanka Trump, Sarah Huckabee Sanders, Omarosa Manigault just to name a few.

Personally, I think one would be hard pressed to convince me that he is anti-women. But that's just me, I suppose. Okay, let the dogs loose. ;)

As for Omarisa, I absolutely do NOT understand her hire. Her personality and reputation on The Apprentice reality show was atrocious.

At this point nearly everyone can see that the impeachment is coming and that anyone on the team leaves themselves open to being expensively harassed by The Swamp.

Trumps ability to work really starts to cave in now as it gets impossible to recruit people.

All part of the impeachment plan, hatched long ago.

Unless Ms. Hicks is given control of the President's twitter and his mouth, then her tenure will be every bit as tumultuous as that of her predecessors.

So....under criticism for being accused of supporting white nationalism.....his new hire for communications is....a Hick?

She won't be as erratic as the Mooch. I can assure you of that.

Here's an idea: instead of comparing everybody in the Trump administration with the lowest common denominator, we compare them to people who did their jobs so normally that they never became publicly infamous. How do you think Hope Hicks will do compared to, say, Dan Pfeiffer?

The more I learn about her the more I like.

The key for Trump is to let him be Trump. You can't change him, you need to encourage him to be himself.

“President Trump has a magnetic personality and exudes positive energy, which is infectious to those around him,” Hope Hicks said in a statement to The Washington Post.

“He has an unparalleled ability to communicate with people, whether he is speaking to a room of three or an arena of 30,000."

Hicks went on to further compliment the president, saying he has built "great relationships throughout his life and treats everyone with respect."

"He is brilliant with a great sense of humor," she said, "and an amazing ability to make people feel special and aspire to be more than even they thought possible.”

It was hatched long ago, by Trump himself. He just didn't know he was hatching it.
