That isn't an 'out'. If the sister did infact point to her brother being next to the President that is the issue, is he still receiving financial benefit even if not the CEO. What is also in play is he is still financially linked to another property giving the Visa for cash deal.... :peace

You can still support a stance but not have to defend the idiots who are caught red handed breaking said principle. I think a lot of cons forgot about that during the 2016 election since Trump has broken every single far right stance conservatives ever held from abortion to living clean and paying taxes. Saying that principles don't matter because it's legal is lazy. I don't know why Conservatives are defending Jared Kushner. He's a Democrat doing things Democrats do. At some point you are going to have to realize that the people who you are defending are only working for themselves, not the country, and surely not "the people."

And Trump does this too! This is just yet another example of how hypocritical conservatives have become defending Trump and his people. It's no different from when Conservatives defended Tomi Lahren last week.

A law firm website since deleted shows that Khan, a Harvard graduate, is an immigration lawyer who specializes in assisting wealthy internationals relocate to the United States and establish businesses.

It appears he is also an expert in Sharia law, which he practiced in his home country of Pakistan.

The revelation comes after Breitbart News located Khan’s law firm’s website. After his speech at the DNC, Khan had the site deleted.

However, information from the website was kept from a snapshot via Wayback Machine, which reveal Khan specializes in “E2 Treaty Investors, EB5 Investments & Related Immigration Services.”

EB5 has been heavily criticized by Iowa Senator Chuck Grassley. So Kahn...who was used by the Hillary campaign to slam Trump and who worked for a Saudi company that donated millions to the Clinton Foundation...was doing the same thing that Kushner's old company is being investigated for doing. Did anyone think about a special prosecutor to investigate him? Nah...

Oh well, Mueller has to do SOMETHING to justify all that money he and his buddies are "earning", I guess.

There's a big difference. They are not here illegally.

And I'm defending Kushners family. Trump has nothing to do with this. It's an investigation into the Kushners, for some reason that no one knows, as the only thing mentioned is a legal program that companies use.

Yes, when the criminal justice system investigates someone (ex drug smugglers, human trafficking rings, pedophiles, etc) they should tell the whole world who they are investigating and exactly what they are investigating them for

I am sure the criminals will gain no benefit from this.

There are always headlines on what someone is being investigated for. The OP states that subpoenas were being issued. Another poster mentioned investigation. I asked what investigation? The answer I got was you have to wait for their findings to find out.
