Poverty isn't likely the cause, if it was, it is likely more folks in poverty would be acting out criminally than the minority in poverty who do.

What constitutes a large presence?

The SPLC estimates that there are only 5000 to 8000 members nationwide.


The current estimate of Missouri's population is 6.093 million.
Even if all the 5000 to 8000 members resided in Missouri, it would only be a drop in the bucket and not a large presence.
Of the 130 Klans the SPLC says exists, only 4 are in MS. Do the math. There is no objectively large presence.

white get arrested and taken to jail just as much as black folk do for assault.

being drunk at home is not illegal.

it isn't hard to pick up a study and read it you should try it sometime.

They are and they do some good work. Now the term 'Colored People' is generally offensive and has traditionally not be concerned with all those of all colors.

Thanks to body cams....we're learning that you don't need to **** up to get wrongly accused, tazed, beat up or killed by the police. All you need is one cop that's having a bad day...or just doesn't like the way you look.

Compared to the actual number who are ****ing up, those numbers are minuscule.

I always wish these articles were less anecdotal and more quantitative. Without the backup? Why it only means that one must distrust the NPO of political maneuver.
 
Wasn't my first choice for vacation, but it definitely has been moved to the top of the list.


Meanwhile, the NAACP is offering two-for-one deals to Chicago for the rest of the summer. (South and West sides only with this offer)

Exactly. A total change in moral standards. The blame does belong on the parents or parent. It's hard to teach right from wrong when a single parent is working and the kid goes to school, then to an after hour school program or where ever. Little time is left between the single parent and the kid or kids to teach them what they need to learn.

That's funny. They should issue a travel advisory for the city of Chicago. Blacks are safer in Missouri than they are in Chicago.

Doing a factual analysis of crimes committed against blacks, they should issue travel advisories to a significant number of black-majority regions in various liberal cities throughout the US. Cuz, you know...that's where they are most likely to be victims.

In other words, silly racist group is silly.

Maybe the NAAWP should issue a warning to Caucasians and Asians and Hispanics against traveling to Chicago. Or Baltimore!
