The scary part, is that you et. al. don't seem to realize that the Executive Branch has the constitutional authority to negotiate treaties with foreign countries. Congress has no authority to take that authority away from the Executive Branch.

And yes, this bill is flawed because it harms American workers. Why did he sign it? I don't know. Trump meets with the Russian ambassador and brags about firing Comey to shut down the Russia investigation. He repeatedly denies Russian involvement in the hacking of the DNC and 20 state election commissions. He makes admiring remarks about Putin. He meets with Putin without any advisors and even an interpreter, other than the Russian one. To anyone but a blind Trump supporter, that he looks like someone who is pro Russian.

You realize that no matter what he did with this bill he would admit that he is pro-russia right?

If he didn't sign the bill, it would be so obvious.
Since he did sign the bill, but is complaining about the bill and his little minions are going out and saying it is a bad bill that hurts Americans, it essentially is STILL a pro-Russia message. You get that right?

This has nothing to do with treaties. It's about commerce a foreign country, which congress is constitutionally empowered to regulate.

If he wanted to make it seem like he is anti-Russian. He isn't doing a very good job of it. Just sign the thing and don't talk, brag or flaunt! Though, I don't think his father ever told him that art of the deal.
