Kelly called Comey to express anger over firing, sources say

You're talking to someone who believes in the ridiculous Seth Rich story, and think bill and hillary kilt him, so...

Fair enough, I am always curious whether Trump supporters can address this double standard.

You are the one who supports a reality tv president.

I support him, just as I would say that any true American should never want their President to fail...I know that was the talking point of Obama supporters for the past eight years, but in truth it wasn't what most wanted....Because if the President fails, America fails....Guess that doesn't matter to full on partisans, especially those who would be so dishonest as to try and make people believe that they are something they are not....Right? Moderate GOP?

And any true American shouldn't attack POWs and the family of a soldier killed defending America. But the draft dodger in chief puts his own pathetic ego in front of any other consideration. He's an exceptionally weak person, and the country can't handle having a weak person in charge for very long

Like most of your post it made no sense however, I take issue with these two statements:

1. I support him

2. especially those who would be so dishonest as to try and make people believe that they are something they are not....Right? Moderate GOP?

1. You can support him that is fine. I don't want to see the president fail, but he is doing most of this himself. There is no vast left wing conspiracy. It's just as ridiculous as when Hillary Clinton talked about the vast right wing conspiracy.

2. If Trumpsters were honest enough with themselves to understand that Trump sold them a message that they know was full of lies and empty promises but still had some examples of how great he is doing as a leader that would be something we could discuss. But so far, it's all been lame a*s excuses about some conspiracy that's out to get him. Trump is a public figure now, he can no longer keep his chaotic leadership style in the shadows any longer but those of us from the tri-state area who keep tabs on local businesses and politics know all about Trump and how he acts. To the rest of the country it might be something fresh and new, but to the rest of us, it's the same old Trump wrapped up in a different wrapper colored red with a sticker of an elephant stamped on top.

Ah the argument of the 'infallible arguer'.... IOW, the parents of the deceased solider put themselves in the political spotlight....Democrats used them, and acted all upset when the opposition responded to the slander....As for attacking a POW, I can only assume you are talking about McCain, and he is a politician, he deserves what he gets.

Blah, blah, blah....Coming off as if you think you are smarter than those who disagree with you is a tell.

I wouldn't be getting all high and mighty when your side fell for 'Hope and Change'.

Regardless, I'm quite content with what Trump has accomplished his first 6 months and there's millions more who feel the same way.

No, the argument of "I don't care how badly your ego is hurt, you don't attack the family of a man killed in action defending his country, and you don't attack people who were captured defending this country, especially when you yourself are a draft dodger who called avoiding STDs "my Vietnam".

No, every decent human being was upset when the draft dodger in chief insulted he family of a war hero, and millions of POWs. It's disgusting and weak behavior.

Trump didn't limit his attack to McCain personally. That would have still been bad, but not despicable. But nooo, Trump just had to go after all POWs in his fervor. Yet another show of weakness.

Um I never fell for hope and change. I went with the guy who wanted to balance the budget. Where's Trump's plan for that? Oh right, it doesn't exist. Just more spending.

If pointing out your contradictions in a simple three line paragraph means I'm smarter than you, well you are the one who said it.

Kelly was upset about Trump firing Comey. Wait until Trump hears about this...

Kelly called Comey to express anger over firing, sources say - CNNPolitics.com

So it begs the question. How long will Kelly stay? If he was so angry about Comey getting fired, is this guy going to be gone the next time Trump gets angry for someone for not being, "loyal." Why is he now Trump's babysitter? Maybe he sees this as an opportunity to right the country and to lead from behind. Maybe he's a Comey puppet!!!! :3oops:

I have a strong feeling that General Kelly was installed in the White House as Chief of Staff just to keep an eye on Trump and company. As secretary of National Security it's quite odd to see one become Chief of Staff. Usually Chiefs of Staff are more in tune with the politics of policy--are familiar who they will be working with in the House & Senate, and know the in's and out's of political persuasion.
