You ignore the real fail to wail and whine about the locals who did their job REPEATEDLY only to have the criminal released by the FEDS to recommit felonies... :peace

Have you read the other cases were ICE shows up to grab these bastards, and the Judge will reduce sentence just so they can release him that day, and let him use their personal entrance into the courthouse so they can leave safely?

When sex offenders are getting this treatment, especially repeat sex offenders. Something is wrong.

I would rather we just do away with the worst offenders, permanently.

Your last sentence is spot on but do you honestly think that this is not a federal problem? The facts speak for themselves - why is it OK to have a sentence of banishment for a felony?

Imagine if all city, county and state governments decided to drop off "bad hombres" (convicted felons) just outside of their jurisdictions with a stern warning not to return (deportation?). It would definitely reduce jail/prison costs - but does it have any chance of working? ;)

All of the catch and release games with this felon were played by obama while he was in the whiite house dictating ICE policy and proceedures

I doubt that Obama (or any POTUS) was aware of the actions taken by a judge and even if they do know can do little about it. Have you heard of Trump doing anything to or about the federal judge(s) involved?

Probably not

He was interested in releasing thousands of felons back on our streets and just one

But everyone in America including trump knows the name and face of this illegal alien

How can you justify the local's whom had the detainer, rushing to let the man go before ICE could get there? He then did what he did to that elderly woman....THAT is on their hands.
